The whole experience was excellent. The guys on both pick up and delivery were polite, went the extra mile and were skillful and really got along. My antique carpet with water stains came back looking great and the water damage was resolved. So so grateful. Will recommend to others abd use their services again for sure. Great find!

We had Hydro Clean come out to clean our air ducts that have never been clean (33 years old). I have to say the entire staff from the customer service rep on the phone and two tech's who came the house were Great. With two newborns in the house they made sure we had heads up when they made any loud noises. They finished the entire cleaning leaving our duct system clean and mold free ready for the winter heating. If you need your duct system cleaned you really should give them a try.

Two weeks later I had Nat from Hydro clean clean the carpets for the up coming Christmas and New Year holidays.. Nat explain even step and went into great details about clean a pet stain. I have to say the stains are gone and the carpets look great

We needed our ductwork cleaned, and a family member recommended HydroClean after a great experience with their carpet cleaning. They gave us a bundle discount for doing both of our houses the same day. Needless to say, the discount wasn’t worth it. The techs were unprofessional and provided absolutely zero feedback during or after the job. They slammed doors, threw their air condenser hose against our wall, chipped a table, and even forgot to seal one of our vents during the cleaning, leaving dirt and dust all over the floor. Even worse, we observed them using our gym equipment and playing with our golf club while working in our basement. After the job was done we received no feedback, before and after photos—nothing. Just “we’re all done” and then they left. We will go back to using our prior company (Ductz) despite the higher cost. Their professionalism and quality of work was top notch. Lesson learned.

My technician Nate was great! He was extremely professional, thorough and as promised he called prior to arriving. I added a deodorizer at the time of service which really made the difference. My carpet looks and smells refreshed. Nate went above and beyond and gave me extra shoe covers to make sure that my carpet stayed clean. This is my third time using Hydro Clean and the service has been exceptional every time! Thank you Hydro Clean!

Jason and Jacob were super professional and hardworking individuals; they completed the aeroseal technology at our home. I asked a ton of questions and they answered everything clearly and patiently.

They were super respectful when entering/exiting the home and used the protective booties over their shoes. They worked non-stop to complete what was actually an extensive project of cleaning the HVAC ducts, and sealing them with aerosealant technology. I received periodic updates throughout the day and they were mindful of giving advance notice before spraying the sealant so that my family could vacate the premises beforehand.

After completion they did a great job cleaning up. and I can already notice a difference in how the system works. It's blowing a lot more air and I think it's really going to make a difference on the electric bill.

I was thinking about getting new carpet in my place when I heard about Hydroclean, so I decided to give them a shot.

My carpets turned out amazing! They got super clean, like all the old gunk from years just disappeared.

The crew was really nice and helpful too. Super easy to set up and they got it done fast.

I had water damage and my insurance company referred them. I would NOT recommend or request their services due to the lack or communication, respect for my home, and quality of work. Regarding communication, I constantly had to remind my project manager that my repairs were NOT complete. The lack of respect for my home was evident with the trash they left behind and the damages they made to my home. Lastly, the quality of work was bad due to the misalignment of damaged baseboards, the installation of stained and damaged floorboards, and the poor paint job. Furthermore, the floorboards separated within weeks of installation. They made the process of repairing my damaged home much more stressful than it should have been. I felt like a nuisance and not a paying customer.

Great courses, great instructors. Hunter and Josh K were excited to have fun teaching and make an enjoyable, safe experience.

I have worked with McDowell's Chimney for several years now. Their associates are very professional and friendly. The provide great service. I have used them for chimney cleanings, gutter covers and dryer vent cleanings. They are great and reasonably priced.

Edit 09/22/2019: The HVAC company that came out was a company who I have a heating/ac service plan through, it was never a referral from this company and had nothing to do with the chimney. It was simply a quote on changing from an oil furnace to all electric central heat. After I left a negative review magically I got a call back from this merchant. Per the merchant reply, they claim to have credited me. However, no credit has been received to date. Buyer beware, these snake oil salesmen will scare you in to paying exorbitant fees for a job that is way less complicated and costly than what they make it seem. Please always get a second, even third opinion for any work you need done.
Original 09/05/2019: I'd give them a 0 if I could. I had them come out on a Monday morning to give me an estimate on my chimney. Tuesday evening I had a few questions so I called and left a voicemail. By Friday morning I had not recieved an estimate nor did I receive a call back about my question. I called in to the office and the office manager advised that they had never planned on giving me an estimate. Well that's awesome. Why was I never contacted? She said that she would ask the estimator to reconsider. I specifically asked for a call or an email one way the other. I have not received any communication from them.

Good communication, on time, quality work, tidy, efficient, and the price was right. I will be using these guys for any future chimney related work. A+

The work on my home ventilation system was repaired in a timely manner. I was shown the before and after photos of the repairs. All of the employees on site were respectful, practiced social distancing and wore face masks. All debris from the work was cleaned up and I’m happy with the final outcome.

I used McDowell's to repair a big crack in my chimney. I was very happy with all the work they did. When they ran into problems they talked up through options and they worked hard to keep the cost in the original estimate. They were professional, prompt and I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.
