I’m pleased with their outstanding and fast service. My air conditioning unit went down over the hottest weekend this year. A maintenance call was made on Sunday evening and an appointment was scheduled for Monday.
I was thrilled when the dispatch contacted me that they could come earlier❤️

We have hired Tario HVAC three times and have been completely satisfied with them each time. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They did the job well and quickly. We will use them again!

Our AC stopped working. We notified Tario HVAC and they arrived at the scheduled time the next day. They repaired my AC and provided tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again.

Jose Tario was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, wearing a mask, and even put on shoe protectors. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix until a replacement part could be installed, which also happened promptly. Price was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me on other services which happens with a lot of other HVAC companies I've used in the past. All around great experience and I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Tario. We called them when our heat pump and thermostat stopped working. They installed a new thermostat. Shortly after they left, the thermostat/heat pump stopped working again. We called them back, and they installed ANOTHER new thermostat and concluded they couldn't fix our problem so we should just call another HVAC company that knows Rheem equipment better. We refused to pay for their return visit and the second thermostat, but we did pay for the first thermostat, which we now realize was totally unnecessary. They basically did not try to solve the underlying problem but just treated the symptoms (ie the thermostat) and now we are a few hundred bucks short with a heat pump that still periodically stops working. Very disappointing.

Roger and Edgar showed up on time. We're very diligent about their work and did not rush it. Took them about 8 hours to install a new HVAC system. Did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. And made sure the system was working before they left. Would definitely hire them again. And their pricing was very competitive for a good system. A great company to work with

Very poor service! They sent a young guy with very little prior experience and made a big water mess/damage in attic. I had to call a different HVAC company to identify the issue which was very minor. I don't recommend these guys.

Truly recommended!!! Use this company :) Fantastic service! They answered my phone call at 7:56PM when they close at 8PM. They quickly scheduled our home for 9AM the very next morning. Our home is back to being cool rather than the 85 degrees it was yesterday. They added freon, changed the filters, crawled into our very tiny attic to unclog one of the pipes, dried up the overflow water. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

They did great work. They arrived at the appointment time. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and taught me a little about my particular unit. Again great work.

Two months ago my shower stopped making water as hot as it used to, gradually it became too cold to use but the guest shower was working… then it wasn’t working…. And we knew we needed to get it fixed. I’m a teacher and it’s difficult to take time off, so when I contacted Tario (highly recommended by a neighbor who said they sometimes can make Saturday calls), the owner was very friendly and accommodating, I sent him pictures of my unit and the model number pretty late on a Friday and had an estimate in my email when I woke up on Saturday. I was able to accept the estimate and had a follow up email to confirm scheduling a Saturday appointment. The technician came on time, was friendly and got right to work. He spent about 3 hours fixing the hot water heater and servicing our hvac. Before the technician left, the owner called to let me know of an issue with part of the emergency heater, explained the problem, and explained the next steps for an estimate and scheduling a repair. I have hot water again!!!! Recommended and will the company again! So nice to have found a company in NOVA that comes on time, is friendly, offers great service and flexible scheduling. Adding this company to my contact list!!! Do you know how nice it is to have hot water again?!!?

They came out and found the problem with the air conditioning unit. They had to turn it off overnight in order to assess the problem. They came back the next day fixed the problem and added freon to my HVAC unit. On time, efficient and professional.

These service man came out, promptly assessed the situation, took steps to determine which was the best solution, and did it all right there on the scene no return appointment needed. Very satisfied

We had a great experience with them. They did a great job installing a mini split and gave us a reasonable quote. Very responsive and thorough, despite the fact that we communicated through emails. They honored the warranty period. When we had a problem a few months after, they came and fixed the unit free of charge. We'll definitely hire them again in the future.

Tario HVAC was super responsive and provided all the information requested. The team arrived on-time and did a thorough and professional job replacing our old A/C and furnace. They left the site clean and answered any questions about the installation.
Pricing was a good value for the systems and work done.

So many great things to say about this company, the staff and the team. After calling many companies, they were the only ones that were able to come check the issue the next day. We had them replace the AC unit and once again were able to work around our schedule for install. Great communication, great crew on site, and just all around the great work. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

From start to finish, my experience with Tario HVAC was positive. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed my AC issue quickly, explained everything in simple terms, and provided honest, upfront pricing.

Tario HVAC, LLC did a phenomenal job with my HVAC issue. I called and was able to get a technician out within 2 hours. The technician resolved the problem and had the unit up and running in less than an hour. I had 2 other HVAC technicians come out prior to Tario coming out and neither were able to resolve the issue. The price was as good as the service. I will be using Tario for all of my HVAC needs moving forward.

June 13, 2025- Jose and his son did a spring tune-up of my central AC. This is the first time I used Tario, HVAC. Jose did the best cleaning, servicing, tune-up that has ever been done in 15 years.
Wonderful job, very skilled and knowledgeable. I learned a lot by watching and asking questions. Price was extremely reasonable.

Jose and his son were prompt on arrival - good communication from them and their office on ETA. They diagnosed the problem quickly (compressor motor) and were back the next day to install a new one. They were professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend Tario to anyone! Well done!!!
