We can always rely on Sila to be prompt, professional, and thorough. It’s not the cheapest service around but you get what you pay for. Our technician, Tony, was very polite and knowledgeable. Our thermostat broke and when I told him we have family coming to town (two days after the maintenance call) he was able to get a new thermostat and install it by the next day. Can’t thank you enough.

Once again Sila Htg. Air conditioning & Plumbing have outdone their selves. Our tech Zahir was on time and very professional. He explained everything , he was very detail. We will continue to use and recommend Sila.

Sila installed my heating and cooling system 12 years ago and has been servicing it ever since. Tony Vaccaro is the senior technician who has performed most of the maintenance work. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It's quite a comfort knowing Tony and Sila are taking care of everything.

Today Edwin arrived promptly and after looking at our AC, he explained very thoroughly the problem. He was extremely patient with all of my questions. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the unit. Now I am enjoying cool air and feel confident in the job done!

Highly recommend! Tech was very knowledgeable and quick. I made the appointment online at 10pm the night before and was scheduled for the next day. Arrived at the beginning of the time window and resolved the issue.

A booming noise from the expansion and contraction of A/C ducts was eliminated by installing braces. I suspect other A/C companies would have claimed it “wasn’t a problem. “ SILA consistently goes the extra mile.

Tony is always super helpful and knowledgeable when he services our heating and A/C equipment. Sila as a whole is a fantastic company, they are quick to follow up and make sure that we are scheduled for maintenance. They installed our high velocity A/C within a week and you would have never known they were here working all day…no dust, no mess, pretty incredible for such a huge undertaking. We have an old steam boiler that they now maintain as well, again, quick turnaround on calls and always polite, on-time, clean. Good customer service seems to be hard to guarantee across an entire company, but I recommend them to everyone…we have yet to have a poor experience.

This rating is for Sila’s diagnostic service. We needed an outside evaluation our 6 year old Mitsubishi mini-split system that was installed by another company. We had concerns about a possible refrigerant leak that was supposed to have been fixed by the installation company 2 years prior.

Sila was recommend to us by customers of theirs in our neighborhood. They sent us Anthony, who diagnosed the problem, confirming that we had another refrigerant leak, and showed us where the line sets were corroding (long story). It’s never easy to give a someone bad news. Anthony explained things in a professional and courteous manner, and we greatly appreciate it.

We have had Anthony V out twice and both times he has been great. Professional & considerate. He was very straightforward about what kind of shape our system was in, gave recommendations about what would be the best option without being pushy. Will definitely consider Sila when it's time to update the system

I haven’t had a bad experience yet with this company! All their technicians are nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I don’t use my system until it’s been seen by Sila. I know it’s old and will soon need to be replaced, but until then and even after, I will continue to call them. Good work!

Sila came in and gave us honest evaluation of our dying units and a fair cost for a new efficient HVAC system. The install team came in on time and worked all day installing in the new system. It’s been a few days but we are very pleased with the performance of the new units. The Sila’s team was very thorough and took extra time to explain every step of the process.

Tony was on time within the timeframe. He was not only polite, but also knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions and gave good advice. Although my appointment was for the $59 AC tuneup, it wasn't my plan to purchase the warranty which seemed a bit costly. However, I did understand it was the best route to take for my 12 year old system. Also, Tony leveled my outdoor system which overtime had began to sink forward due to settling of the ground that I noticed also. I was very satisfied with Tony's job performance.
