So many plants and flowers! Unfortunately, fully 75% of them were almost fully dead from lack of water. A real shame and a tremendous loss of $$$.

Believe it or not. I got most everything what I needed from this my local store. I do have a great shopping experiences and visiting this store like at least 3 days a week for my house or vegetable garden.

Home Depot is a joke compared to the way it used to be years ago. Cannot get help, associates should ask customers if they can assist them instead of avoiding eye contact. Seems like all they hire now is minimum wage workers who don't know anything. They need to change their advertisements from "We Can Help" to We Don't Know anything so don't ask for help".

The store is well kept and clean, easy to find what you need. The staff is very friendly, and if you can't find what you need, there is staff nearby to help you out! Great place to shop for my garden plants and essentials!

My experience at the Home Depot store on US route 40 in Catonsville MD, was the worst experience I've had in any of the Home Depot stores so far. On 6/18/17 at approximately 11:30 am, me and my wife visited the above mentioned store to purchase flowers and Vegetables for our front lawn. I approached an employee by name Derick to ask a question in regards to a product. Derrick ignored me initially but then turned around and angrily yelled at me by virtue of the fact that I asked him a question in reference to a product at the garden section. I felt very embarrassed due to the fact that he displayed his tantrum in the presence of my wife and other customers. I managed to restrain myself from responding and further escalating the situation. To add insult to injury, the check out employee who's name I didn't get, vehemently started pulling out our plants from the cart during the scanning process and advertently or inadvertently broke several branches. Me and my wife have decided not to step foot in that store anymore and would subsequently share our father's day experience at that store with friends and family. I hope my concern is taken in the context for which it is meant, and appropriately addressed to avoid further marring the good name Home Depot has carved for itself over the years.

This is the worst Home Depot store I have ever been.
1.secret kickbacks: the reps who helped me to load asked me to push very heavy stuff with him to another end of my truck, to the pro checkout, I guess they have secret kickback between them. After I checkout at other cashier, this helper is gone.
2.kept complaining: The older white truck operating guy kept complaining me and insulting me all the time, he said he wanted to quit because of me because I pushed to be quick, actually I did not ask him faster, it is the rep at the garden part gate cannot stand they are so low, I just bought tens of bricks and some soils and 9 bags of concrete, I arrived at 10am, and left at 3 pm, second trip. I hope I have orchestra this disgusting guy three times on the face.
3. very very rude: The African female saw I use lowes coupon and became extremely angry, and Extremely impatient and kept shouting all the time so everyone in the store can hear her. what kind of beach she is.

the African truck operating guy is nice, and the customer service is fine, the new truck operating young white girl is nice.I appreciate their help and I even gave the white truck guy 8 dollars tip because he was kept complaining to me.

It is a nightmare to this store, the extremely anfrican pro checkout cashier is the rudest cashier I have ever seen in the United States.
I do it recommend to shop at this store.

Valley is the definition of a great hardscape/landscape company. Their staff is courteous and responsive and made sure to work around my busy work schedule. When they arrived they were prepared and offered innovative ideas for my patio/ fire pit that I had not even thought of! Needless to say I scheduled a day in May to have my work completed and can't wait to see the final results!

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the finished project and the ease of working with Daniel. My patio underwent a transformation . It is beautiful due to Daniel’s design expertise and the creativity of Brian who placed the pavers and a wall surrounding my flower/plant garden. Daniel added finishing touches that I was not certain about at first, but truly make the patio pop. He is also an expert on planting and I love the new additions to my garden area. I was very impressed by his attention to the work, setting up meetings with me every few days to review the progress made , making certain I was pleased with what was accomplished. It was great working with him and his crew!

We met with five companies before selecting Valley for our back yard renovation, ultimately hiring Dan and his team due to his professionalism and open communication throughout the design process. That same stellar service continued during the project, as Dan and his team were responsive to each of our requests, even incorporating several changes we wanted to make on the fly. We're thrilled with our new patio and plan to use Valley for future projects.

Valley did an incredible job on our backyard patio/firepit install. Dan was very knowledgeable about different materials and designs and was able to offer suggestions on what would work best for our space. The crew was great - they were very meticulous throughout construction and were respectful of the property. I was able to see the work as it was being done and their attention to detail really stood out. I appreciate how smooth and easy they made this project and I would definitely recommend Valley!

We are extremely happy with our new stone patio from Valley Landscaping! Dan, Craig, and Brian were very professional, very responsive and just all around great people to work with! Hats off to James and his crew mate . It was boiling outside, tons of cicadas flying around and they did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!!!

Dan, Chloe and the crew at Valley were great to work with on our patio design. We are so pleased with the final product! From the start, Dan understood my vision and was able to bring it to life. He stuck to our budget and all of his commitments throughout the project. As the project got underway we were so pleased with the workmanship and quality we even extended the project to include installing a new walkway. Additionally, Rodrigo and his team were professional and worked tirelessly each day. They communicated with us daily and throughout the entire project. The project was completed on the exact timeline that was committed.
Anytime you work with a contractor that is new to you there is always a little bit of concern of the unknown however Dan exceeded our expectations throughout the project and especially the final product- its beautiful! We are already enjoying our new firepit and hot tub area!

Valley installed a patio, fire pit, and curved retaining wall for us. This included under-patio water pipes and a drain box.

We interviewed a number of local landscape companies before choosing Valley. We chose Valley because when we met Brian and Craig they really thought carefully about our space and our needs, and they revised their thinking when new information emerged. In other words, they weren’t just applying a template or trying to sell up. They customized a plan that had us in mind and made sense for the space. Plus they know their stuff - they had a great depth of experience to draw from and didn’t rely on frills or fancy swag. They just do honest to goodness top notch work and have the expertise and vision to get it done right.

We worked closely with Brian and Raul and they were in constant communication with us, consulting about decisions to be made along the way and engaged us in conversation as any questions arose. We had specific things we wanted and they readily obliged. They navigated a wall hiccup we had beautifully and gave us more than we expected. Raul’s attention to detail and his craftsmanship is amazing. He’s a gifted artist and cares about what he makes- we loved working with him.

In sum, I am so glad we went with Valley - they told me they’d give me the patio of my dreams and I laughed but they really delivered... we love the space! We couldn’t be happier.

Also, I was particularly impressed with Brian’s commitment to our project and his attention to detail after the patio was installed. We were technically done, but had a few questions and he maintained attention to our project until we were set. Brian works hard and you can trust what he says. At every step, we felt like we were working with people who were personally invested in producing something great. We would work with them again without hesitation.
