We recently had the pleasure of working with Raymond from Atlas Home Energy Solutions for the installation of our new Bryant Evolution Heat Pump system, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Raymond demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. He first came out to temporarily repair our failed 30+ year old unit by installing a new fan in the outdoor condenser, buying us crucial time during a hot Maryland summer — his quick diagnosis and efficient fix were nothing short of sweat-saving!

When it came time for the full installation, Raymond led the team with precision and care, ensuring everything was set up seamlessly, including the Bryant Connex Control thermostat. He was thoughtful in his recommendations, like suggesting optimal unit placement for better efficiency and serviceability, and he handled every detail with a keen eye.

Shortly after installation, we noticed a humidity reading discrepancy, Raymond returned promptly for a follow-up visit. He later came and helped adjusted the thermostat offset but when that didn’t solve the issue, he returned to swap it out with a functioning thermostat. His insights into how the error was impacting fan speeds and overall system performance showed his deep knowledge of these advanced systems.

Throughout the process, Raymond was communicative, patient, and incredibly skilled, always explaining things clearly and making sure we felt confident in the setup. Thanks to his dedication, our home now enjoys enhanced and efficient cooling and heating, with accurate humidity control, and reliable operation. The Atlas team did a great job with my insulation project. They are very professional and pricing was reasonable. I was happy with all the work from the audit, installation, and test out. Vincent and Carlos came out and cleaned my HVAC ducting in the whole house, spent time explaining to me what they were doing and why. They were very professional and personable. Would absolutely use them again.

Tun and the team did a great job with the insulation! I can feel a difference in the air flow and more importantly I’ll see the difference in my electric bill lol. Tun helped cover my window with plastic and tape to prevent a flood, something he didn’t have to do.

The whole process was nice and easy. Craig called ahead to let me know how far out he was and how soon he would arrive. He arrived on time, replaced several of my lightbulbs and made sure my water heater and furnace were in working order.

We got a bunch of different services done with Atlas - Duct cleaning & Aeroseal, Spray Foam Insulation, Energy Audit, and a few other things to get our house insulated and more energy efficient! They were also able to help us get a great Rebate after doing the work through our energy company, which helped reduce the cost of the completed work!

I then proceeded with Atlas to complete the recommended work, including attic insulation, crawl space insulation, sealing HVAC venting. Their staff are well-trained, polite and clear in terms of explaining their work. I highly recommend Atlas. And having a number of contractors over the years, they could all learn from Atlas!

From the initial home energy audit to the completion of the work, I found the communication and professionalism from Atlas to be top notch. They laid out a detailed proposal of various options and the outcomes I could potentially realize. I never felt pushed to accept any of the proposals. I had a new bathroom exhaust fan put in and additional insulation and recess lighting caps added in the attic. Each crew that came to the house showed up on time, laid out tarps and plastic to protect our home, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They did great work and I would definitely contact Atlas again in the future.

John came by to update light bulbs to led style as part of the smart energy program through BGE. He arrived on time was professional and easy to talk to. He show me his badge before I let him in. He answered all of my questions. And most important he smiled just like in his photos. Thanks John

I had some attic insulation put in and I was really pleased with the whole experience. Pa Swe and his team did a great job and were really respectful of my space. Everything was just as clean when they left. I have recommended this service to my neighbors, as I can feel the difference in these storms now that my house is better insulated.
