Remediation guys were great - I had 1 water leak and they ended up finding 2 older leaks which were missed entirely by the previous restoration company when it should've easily been found. This time, I called Royal Plus - Brandon and Anthony arrived on time each day and finished in a timely manner. The cleanup looks great. I had a easy and pleasant experience with my mitigation team.I was really scared and nervous about having a water pipe break in my basement. However, Brandon was able to quickly help set-up my property to mitigate and issue within a day. Now I’m on the path of restoring my basement. I’m glad they were sent out by my insurance to help.

Brandon and Corey did an excellent job in dealing with the mitigation of flooding in our home. We were away on vacation and our house had a water line burst. Dealing with a loss is very stressful. Andy was able to deescalate and provide an excellent assessment of the damage and recommended remediation. Brandon did an awesome job on the mitigation efforts. Look, if you want personable and professional service with integrity, Royal. Plus is the way to go. Brandon came to my home after it flooded due to a valve. Brandon not only listened to why the “stuff” was important, he explained the process to me. I never felt like he was in a rush to “get to the next job”, in fact , no one that is working on my job made me feel that way. Brandon got the mitigation did better than expected, he was also very communicative. Royal has done a phenomenal job so far, even showed up at 4:30 in the morning. I will be using them to complete the rebuild because they actually seem to care about what they do. Brandon was professional, respectful and honestly, even if I was unable to be home would trust him and his team. That’s service you can’t put a price on. I had such a wonderful experience with Royal Plus! Being concerned about a recent plumbing issue I had, it really helped having Mike and the crew come in and assist me with getting things aired out and resolved! Royal Plus did a fantastic job restructuring my man cave after it was severely damaged by leaking ceiling pipes. The water ruined my couch and flooring, and caused significant ceiling damage. Their team replaced the floor with a beautiful wood-style finish, repainted the entire room, and repaired both the ceiling and the piping.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the results. The workmanship and professionalism truly stood out. We’re very thankful that USAA selected them for us. If we ever had to go through this again, we’d confidently choose them.

Atlas home energy solutions did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with.

All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job.

The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. The HVAC does not run that much these days and the temperature is pretty even across the 30-year old townhouse.
