The service was provided by BGE through Atlas. Craig was very knowledgeable and explained to me about the light bulbs and shower head he provided to me.

He did a wonderful job & give us some good information on things in our apartment.

JOHN was wonderful. He was professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable about pepco energy saving. We was shown how to balance our thermostat i hopefully the bill will be less after this month.

I’m not sure if I’m just unlucky or the 1 out of 1000 that has had an issue using their services. First I signed up for their Bi-annual service package. Got the first one fine for winter but summer came and received no phone call to try and schedule an appointment, I had to do it myself.
I had a gas leak from my hvac but it was from the visit in the winter where the tech put the part on backwards and it was leaking gas for months before it pooled up enough to escape the utility closet and for me to smell, luckily not exploding in the meantime.
Now as it’s starting to cool down, I’m turning my heat on to test it out and it isn’t working. So far I’ve paid them just under $1000 for a biannual service package and Heating repair in January and the repair couldn’t last longer than 9 months. Again maybe just back luck on my end but have yet to be a satisfied customer using this company

I couldn't be happier with the hvac system cleaning service I received! The team arrived right on time and were incredibly professional from start to finish. They explained exactly what they'd be doing thoroughly and once I showed them the rooms they started to work with little assistance required.

The difference is remarkable - my home's air quality has improved dramatically, and I can actually feel better airflow throughout the house. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and left everything spotless when they were finished. I expect my energy bills to go down considerably. My family members who are normally bothered by allergies have already noticed a major improvement.

I'll definitely be using Atlas Home Energy Solutions again for regular maintenance and have already recommended them to my neighbors and some of my friends. The service was worth every penny for the peace of mind and cleaner air in our home!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call offering to make my home more energy efficient. And this was included in my normal services. The tech, Craig, was professional, courteous and very friendly.

John from Atlas was so nice and knowledgeable about ways to save on my electricity and energy. He provided me with so many good suggestions on saving on my monthly BGE bill he also changed out my lightbulbs and provided me with energy strip . He was great !

Amazing experience! I had to do something to my home after getting a huge electricity bill in January. I hired Atlas and it was the best choice ever. Everything went so well and the service crew was great. They really took care of my home well and I can definitely feel the difference. The rebate process was seamless - I didn't have to do anything since Atlas submitted everything for me. Highly recommended!

The technician was highly professional and went above and beyond to assist with home energy management. He provided tips about proper insulation and A/C maintenance and assisted with all my other questions.

Craig was prompt, polite and professional. He discussed ways to be efficient around the home and pretty much solidified what I have already been doing. He checked light bulbs and provide efficient up-to-date power strips. Also checked to make sure that I changed my A/C filter monthly. He ran out of the shower heads, but asked me to reach when he gets more in stock. This was all at no cost to me. Thank you!

We contracted with Atlas to do a bunch of work, including duct cleaning and aeroseal for our HVAC system. We had Vincent and Carlos come first thing in the morning. They took the time to explain everything. I couldn't stay, but they called me as soon as the work was done, gave a breakdown of their work, and even brought in our mail for us! Very happy with the experience.

Honestly, Atlas is the kind of company that is so good that they don't seem real. Everyone, from the initial auditors to the customer service folks to the many technicians we've worked with, has been an absolute delight. They are amazing at diagnosing and explaining problems, they consistently go above and beyond for their customers, and they're all just nice people. They're consistently looking for the best solution, not necessarily the one that makes the company the most money. We've worked with a lot of contractors throughout our home buying and remodeling process, and Atlas stands alone as a testament to what the customer experience should be like. Will definitely be reaching out for projects in the future.

Every crew from Atlas was very friendly, professional, and respectful. They were all very careful around my little kids and did excellent work to improve the insulation and HVAC efficiency of my home.
