For our latest projects we’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt Thompson. We appreciate not only his expertise but his kind and friendly manner. Clarksville Construction Services (CCS) did some repair work in the interior of my home from water damage and I am very impressed with the company. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process from doing the estimate, to setting up a pre-construction meeting, to actually delivering top-notch work. Several individuals that I had the pleasure of working with from Clarksville Construction to help make my home repair engagement happen were John M., Troy M., Marco, and Kate P. A big shout out and recommendation for CCS.

Our experience with Clarksville Construction has been superb. We have used them multiple times over more than a decade, on projects ranging from remodeling of a bathroom and kitchen, the main floor carpeting and flooring, finishing the garage walls & ceiling, and refreshing the outdoor decks and lights. We have been well-satisfied every time, which is why we keeping coming back to them! The Project Manager, Salesperson, and crews we worked on our last two projects, over the last year, have been wonderful, as they have always been over the years.

The first project Clarksville did was to transform the back deck into a porch. The team worked with us to create an incredible space. Challenges included some County related issues as well as design challenges. All were met by the Clarksville team with friendly, customer oriented action. We are still getting great feedback from folks who visit our home.

I hardily recommend Clarksville Construction. Erin and Julian who ran my project were fabulous. I replaced a sliding glass door, 2 windows, and did drywall repair in my sun room. Julian and Erin made recommendations for all products and it turned out wonderfully. Julian is very through. Went over the contract to make sure I understood what would be done. Most importantly, they called me and let me know what would be done each day. They arrived when they said they would. If you've ever dealt with other contractors, you know how unusual that is. Dependability is the way I would describe Clarksville Construction.
Next year they will be replacing my deck.

We're in the planning and prep phase of a basement repair project with Clarksville Construction, and so far I've been impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail they've provided. Matt came out for our initial inspection and did a thorough job taking measurements, asking and answering questions, explaining the scope of the project, and requesting additional input from us to dial in what it is we're looking for.

Once we accepted the proposal, we were set up with an office contact/internal project coordinator (Brittany), project superintendent (JJ), and provided a web portal to monitor overall project status and submit deposits/payments. Each team member we have worked with has been excellent with regard to communication and attention to detail.

All-told, this is the most communication and coordination we've seen from a contractor, and we feel like we're good hands as we approach our work start date.

The frame around the linen closet was so odd. Clarksville Construction moved the linen door over and reframed. Add the french door. Wonderful work every time I open my bedroom door, smile on my face. So happy how it looks. Great workers and Matt is very helpful on ideas.

Can I give zero stars? We are renovating our house overall and hoped to build a relationship with this company long term. The woman sent over to" interview" us , wasn't friendly or eager for a sale. We were talking three bathrooms. We wanted a custom tile shower, but when my husband inquired about inserts, she flat out told us that were weren't a fit for working with this company and got up and left. No followup. Sorry, Clarksville Construction.... you lost a nice contract that is now in the hands of an eager to assist company.

Thanks for the response. My husband merely inquired into bath inserts. Told her that we were considering custom tile, as well. We went ahead with a more eager company and are halfway through a custom tile 2 1/2 bathroom remodel. Your representative spent too much time on her phone texting to try to really sell your company. I would suggest more eager initial contact representatives.

Matt at Clarksville Construction was great to work with. He and his team delivered what was promised in a professional manner. I have hired them several times and will again when the need arises.

We are in the process of working with CCS on a large addition project and thus far we have been extremely impressed by the thoroughness and communication! Brad really takes the time to gather all of our interests and help us brainstorm how to bring them to life. He also explains everything in detail and makes the project feel very transparent. We look forward to completing this project and will update with photos once we have them!

We just completed an extensive home remodel with Clarksville. Mike and his team were great. Strong communication, high quality work and very pleasant to deal with. Any issues were taken care of right away. Mike did an amazing job of coming up with creative solutions. 10/10 would hire them again.

Your crew cleaned the gutters of our next-door neighbor last week, but all of the crud blew onto our deck. We’ve left several messages for someone to come help clean it off and you haven’t responded! I’d do it myself but I’m recovering from surgery and would like to enjoy my deck and invite my children back out to their water table.

We had to have a lot of work done on our home due to the fact that my wheelchair bound mother in law was coming to live with us, from widening the bathroom and bedroom doors to the installation of a new gate in the backyard and several other modifications. Clarksville was awesome, they listened, made suggestions, didn't jack prices up and were always professional. My contact will Matt Thompson was especially helpful. He was always pleasant. He listened and delivered; everything according to schedule, I highly recommend to anyone who needs construction work in or outside their home.

Adam August and his team at Clarksville Construction performed outstanding work on our kitchen renovation. The new kitchen far exceeds our expectations, and the results are absolutely stunning. Over the past 10 years we have had five remodeling projects with Clarksville Construction Services amounting to over $150K and had been generally pleased with the company; however lately it seems that recently their customer service has greatly declined. In 2021 - 2022 we had the three bathrooms in our house remodeled. The floor tile in the second bathroom was comprised of 1 square foot tiles, and a few months ago the grout between some of the tiles was cracking because four of the tiles had come loose from the subfloor. CCS handymen replaced the tiles and re-grouted around the four replacement tiles; however, the grout didn’t match the original grout. The only “fix” offered was to use a grout pen over the grout. According to tile experts, this only lasts for 6 months to two years and therefore is not acceptable as a true solution. According to an independent contractor, the proper fix would have been to re-grout the all of the seams (less than 20 linear feet) so that the grout color was uniform. We are moving forward with the independent contractor to re-grout the tiles, and Clarksville Construction Services has lost our loyalty and trust.
