This Miss Utility system, or 811, is an absolute joke. We got a response within the correct time frame that there was no impact from two utilities. But, where electricity enters our house is where our project is planned. How can they possibly say there is no impact when they don't visit the property? I called Rappahannock Electric Cooperative to double check. As usual, no one answered and after 24 hours no one has returned my call. I tried to get help by calling the Miss Utility number and pressed the number for help and was told to call the number I had just called. I suppose I could go in circles in their poor phone system and never get help. I hate to give bad ratings, but Miss Utility deserves it.

Planning for landscape work in my yard was very easy using the app. I got email updates and saw painting in the yard. Without that I would have never known anyone was here.

Not Reliable, Not Responsive. Received ticket no. and timeframe for the work request; however, noone ever showed up to mark the property. Contacted the office and always received inaccurate information. They get an "F" for reliability and competence for public service. Garbage company.

Never showed up. Had contractors put in the request for them to come to property and mark for utilities to have a new deck installed. For WEEKS we were told someone would come and no one has shown up still. We are now left a barren yard with no deck where we cannot start any work because Miss Utility has ignored all attempts at contact from both us and the contractor.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I contacted them because I am going to be digging in my yard. They painted the covers on my water and sewer caps. No markings were left in my yard! How am I supposed to miss a hitting them when they don't even mark what direction they are coming from your house? Such a waste of time. I knew where the caps were located.

My cable provider had to run new wiring from a different utility pole. Miss Utility came out without notice and disconnected my internet (in the middle of a work presentation) to bury the line. My internet still doesn't work and they refuse to fix the issue. They are saying they can't help, that the cable company needs to fix it, or that I pay a contractor to fix their mistake. Now I have to wait until next week for a cable company tech to come figure out what Miss Utility broke. Absolutely unacceptable.

So many wonderful things to say about Just Solutions! TJ and his crew were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, friendly, took great care of our yard during and after the construction process, went above and beyond to make the driveway, sidewalk, and surrounding areas look amazing (they took the time to re-lay the existing pavers on our back walkway to match up perfectly to the new driveway and made it look better than when they started). They were incredibly kind to my children who were curious about all of the work being done - just a great experience all around. My neighbors were so impressed with their work that many of them decided to get new driveways and sidewalks as well! I highly recommend Just Solutions!

TJ, his foreman and crew did an amazing job (actually 6 separate jobs) for asphalt and concrete at my residence. The crew's talent, hard work and expertise was evident throughout the three day job they just completed for my family. The company was prompt with all communications and gave very fair estimates for all work to bbe completed and stuck to those estimates. They also worked with me to accomplish additional work that helps my family out "on the fly".

In June and July 2023, Mr. Dario Hernandez of HDZ Patios and More completed projects involving: the repair of perimeter fencing as well as repairing some patio issues. In another project, he permanently sealed, against encroaching grass and weeds, the ground where we had dozens of large squares. Thanks to the layering of various materials 'grass and weeds' will never see the light of day on that ground-level patio. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Hernandez's professionalism, work experience and work ethic, and his project outcomes. We look forward to engaging him in additional projects in the near future.

HDZ Construction designed various landscaping options that included installing retaining walls around our house that exceeded our expectations, and at a cost that was the best of five estimates.  They removed large hedges, leveled the yard, built the retaining walls and added soil ready for planting.  If you’re looking for someone dependable and professional at a great price - I highly recommend HDZ.
