Facilities are awesome this year along with the lifeguards. Everything has been clean and organized. These lifeguards are the best this year.

Carlos Perez is the lifeguard at my community pool. I am thankful he is there watching since I have young grandchildren.
He put a bandaid on the 5 year olds toe and now she really likes him!

I first met Sheri when our pool opened for the pool season this year and felt that she had a warm and welcoming manner to her.

Since then, she has gotten to know my family and has a love for children. It truly shows that she loves what she does and is a true people’s person!

We feel very lucky and fortunate to have such an alert, friendly and energetic lifeguard at our pool this year!

We had such a great experience at the Towers pool this summer with the EXCELLENT lifeguard Nicolas S. He showed such professionalism and had such a positive upbeat attitude at the pool! Nicolas always had his eyes on the pool and I always felt safe knowing my kids were being watched ! We all enjoyed having him as our lifeguard this summer!

The lifeguards that AquaSafe sent to Village Square Apartments this summer have been phenomenal. I've been a resident here since 2019, and the lifeguards in past years haven't been friendly or attentive. Our lifeguards this summer, Oraine and Bryan, have been extremely welcoming each and every day. We would be lucky to have them back here again next summer!

My kid loved it! Shantae is one of the life guards that checked us in. She was very friendly and informative. She helped my kiddo put her life vest on properly. The pool is nice size with a mini basketball.

Sheri is the best lifeguard we’ve ever had!

She goes above and beyond every single day to make sure the pool is safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Sheri is always alert, attentive, and incredibly professional, yet she brings a warm, friendly energy that makes a huge difference.

She takes the time to connect with swimmers, enforces rules with kindness, and creates an environment where both kids and adults feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the people around her—and it shows.

We feel lucky to have Sheri at our pool. She’s made this summer better in every way. If every facility had someone like her, the world would be a safer (and happier) place!

My kids love swimming at this pool. Everyone is always so welcoming and kind. Pool area is clean and well maintained. Lifeguard on duty Sheri was very nice and professional. She’s sharp and is always keeping an eye out. My kids were playing and one of them yelled help to get her sister’s attention. Sheri jumped in to the rescue. She acted quickly and was in the water as I was turning my head. Sheri’s quick response showed her level of attention to the pool guests. I’m glad the pool has a good lifeguard like Sheri staffed! Sheri is the pool hero!!

As someone who’s been visiting Cedar Tree regularly over the past two years, I’ve had the chance to see Giovanni Smith in action more times than I can count — and I have to say, he’s truly one of the best lifeguards I’ve ever seen.

Giovanni is always alert and focused, but what stands out most is how approachable and respectful he is with everyone around the pool. Whether it’s helping a child feel more confident in the water or calmly addressing a safety issue, he handles it all with a sense of professionalism and care that doesn’t go unnoticed.

It’s clear that he takes his job seriously, not just by watching the water, but by making sure the whole pool area feels safe, welcoming, and well looked after. As a regular guest, I really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing someone as capable and committed as Giovanni is on duty.

Cedar Tree is lucky to have him.

On the other hand, the Village of Dorchester pool is a great pool, always clean and organized, and their lifeguards are the beat 😌😌

The pool season was fantastic because of professional lifeguards and quality management. I really pleased with the service and I’d recommend Yan for your business. He is very knowledgeable, responsible and absolutely pleasant to deal with.

Amazing life guards especially Kareem. He helped our children learn to swim and how to be safe in the water. We are so blessed to have Kareem and his staff here at APG.

This is my 4th summer here and the first time the gate has been kept open for entrance. My grandchild is now 5. When she was 3 it was difficult to open the gate with her stroller and a beach bag. I appreciate the welcoming feeling along with the indication that the life guard is on duty when the gate is open. Rose is also very attentive and that is comforting since children like to never get out of the pool and parents like to take a break

A Sasha is a very attentive and friendly lifeguard at our Marina pool. She keeps the pool in great condition! We enjoy seeing her every weekend.

The worst pool company I have ever worked with. Despite a hard-working field supervisor and attendants, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our account representative Yan never scheduled an inspection with the Health Department or provided lab reports. This is required under the contract and is always handled by the pool company, but the visit took both me and AquaSafe by surprise. Yan then scrambled to gather the items needed, after which he disappeared from the face of the Earth. It took reaching out to his supervisor to start receiving lab results, never another response from Yan about anything. The pool closing was extremely delayed, and apparently they “winterized it, but didn’t cover it.” After another chat with the regional supervisor - who assured me I’d be able to reach out to him for help moving forward, the pool was covered, but the furniture was never brought in. “Oh, that was supposed to happen when they covered the pool,” he said, definitely an observation worthy of a genius. Except, after that convo he also disappeared. I included their VP of operations in my correspondence as well, and apparently he also does not believe in replying to customers. They do, however, believe in getting paid in advance so the customer has no leverage when encountering poor service. But wait - if an invoice is a day past due, you will get a nasty email that your services will be discontinued. If you call the only office number listed anywhere, you’ll get an even nastier office manager who knows nothing about customer service. My sister properties have had the exact same experience. So definitely don’t recommend - use at your own risk!
