My experience at the Avalon at Arlington Square two pool was wonderful thanks to the life guard Rushae Wright. She kept everything safe and orderly. Me and my family were able to have so much fun together.

Ivo and Eli are new lifeguards at the eaves Tysons corner pool this year and they have been by far the best lifeguards to accompany this pool. The pool is always clean and sparkling, like the sea in Greece, and I always see Ivo cleaning the pool, and Eli is always super kind and taking close care of the guests.

The pool at Glenn Hollow is a hidden gem—clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or cooling off on a hot day. Whether you’re swimming laps or just lounging with friends or family, the atmosphere is always welcoming. One of the highlights is the lifeguard, Shaggy, who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. He’s consistently friendly, attentive, and adds a great vibe to the whole experience. It’s definitely one of the best parts of living in the community.

Sharna has been the lifeguard at Belmont Viage Apartments since 2023. She is conscientious, kind and courteous to all pool patrons. The pool is always kept sparking clean and the area inviting for an enjoyable experience for adults and children alike.

The Exactix ticket system is inefficient and poorly designed. I only needed cable lines marked under my deck, but the system requires marking the entire back of the house with all utilities—an incredible waste of time and resources.

To make matters worse, because you can't highlight in the system the need for marking under the deck, unless you’re present to direct the technician, the one area that repeatedly gets missed is under the deck—the exact spot needed—resulting in repeat service calls.

The system asks you to identify marking locations “facing the house from the road”—which makes no sense for properties like ours. We’re on an unnamed community drive, nowhere near the main road tied to our address. The system needs to be updated to handle real-world layouts.

The mapping could be better in the system and I should be able to mark multiple lots at once when they are connected.
