I was wanting a diagnosis on my older washer to determine what it would cost to repair. I should have paid $109. However I was told it would be $389 to repair. I said Would that completely fix it? Told yes. After two hours was told it was really something else that would be more. I ended up paying $200 and was left with needing to buy a new one . I could have put that money toward a new machine. Shouldn’t have been more than $109 diagnostic since it was their mistake in diagnosis. Disappointing.

Service was great. The guy was on time. Polite explained what was going on and what was needed for repair.

I was very disappointed with the technician that came to repair my machine. He couldn't even get the door open. I told him what the codes were and the codes said that the motor control unit was bad. He insisted he needed the serial number to the motor. I told him we had the model number and the serial number of the machine. He insisted we needed the motor number which was behind the door . As soon as he left 15 minutes later we got it open. Well the only thing that was there when we opened the door was what we already had. The serial number and the model number. After we got charged $150 service call he quoted us a total of $853 to repair the machine. I was shocked . I went out and bought a brand new machine the next day of equal value and had it delivered within 2 days with free installation and free delivery and I only paid $795 total. This was mind-boggling and we will never be calling on total appliance repair to fix anything ever again. If they were a reputable company they would send me back my $150 which was a complete waste of my time.

I absolutely do not recommend! The technician came and gave me a reason why my dishwasher wasn’t working. He seemed very competent and explained it was a part that had to be ordered, that it would be a few days. I wrote a $40 check for the initial service fee and expected to hear back the next day as to next steps. No one called.

I’ve called 11 times over the last 7 days. No answer and not even a way to leave a voicemail. I have since called another repair company and my dishwasher was fixed within 24hours.

I’m very satisfied with the repair. My dryer is working perfectly again. Highly recommended service.
