These guys replaced a warrantied compressor in my LG refrigerator. I paid for the labor because LG is also terrible, but that's another matter.

Refrigerator started having problems cooling again about 2 months in but nobody at this business answered the phone or returned my call when I left a message. Of course when it completely died 5 months after the repair the fellow was more than happy to answer the phone and tell me it was out of labor warranty. Now I'm out $500 on a refrigerator that still doesn't work.

In response to the vendor's response, my call records show 2 calls to them on March 22nd 2024. I left a message indicating there was a problem with the unit expecting a returned call. I dealt with declining performance in the meantime, using my backup unit in the basement. I will say I was incorrect in my initial recollection of when the service was performed, in that I now recall it was performed in Dec 2023, rather than my original recollection of Jan 2024. Regardless, this vendor made a repair to a refrigerator that lasted about 4 months. A brand new compressor should easily last more than 4 months.

Home Depot assigned this technician to me and after waiting 3hrs for him to arrive, i called and he voiced his frustration about him being scheduled by them. He originally said he wasnt coming and then said he would be here within the next 3hrs. After missing that deadline and several attempts to get ahold of him, he called and said he was coming and would be here in an hour. 45mins later i called him and he said he had to get gas and he would be here in an hour or so. I told him not to bother i will contact home depot to file complaint. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would not recommend.
