Your tech, Nate was very polite and was very technical when resolving my hvac issue. He showed me all the issues that my unit may have issues in the future with and asked the correct and professional questions. In the future please send Nate back for any calls to my home.

They were easy to schedule. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional.

They gave me a quote of $18,000+, saying multiple things needed to be done to make it possible.

I had a local electrician come and give a quote, since that was a bit more than I was expecting. The other electrician said almost none of the stuff in the quote was remotely necessary. Ended up doing the job for $2,200. Caveat emptor

Other than a glitch in the time frame the technician was to be here (which was an office flub) I was extremely pleased with the overall service. Derick was polite, knowledgeable and was a delight to work with. I know I paid more than if I had went and purchased my own toilet but sometimes you just have to pay for convenience and this was one of those times. Thanks Derick for a job well done.

I had my first HVAC and water heater maintenance appointment with Boothe's. All technicians and installers were friendly and professional. They came in and identified an issue with my furnace and replaced it within a couple of days. I highly recommend this service.

I had my 6 month service call on Wednesday, 9/25 for my HVAC system. At time it was discovered that there were issues with my current unit and we decided to replace both the outside and inside unit. The new unit was installed only 2 days later! Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical has the best customer service! We couldn’t be any happier with everyone there and our new HVAC system!

Ethan Belebczuk was very professional and knowledgeable about the heating and cooling service that he provided. He explained the process and steps about the repairs that he did. Im highly satisfied with Ethan's customers service and repairs and definitely will recommend Boothe's company to our friends and family.

Danny and Andre came by to provide a quote on electrical work today and their customer service was excellent. They were thorough and reasonable in their quote, educational in other areas where our home could use improvement, and provided a variety of options to improve our home’s safety and code compliance without being pushy. I’ll ask for them again when I am ready to do more work.

Booth's Service Plumber Trey Carroll was exceedingly polite, professional and got my kitchen drain working great again. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!

The service slumber, Daniel Hartle, was incredibly nice and professional while performing a routine inspection and tankless water heater flush/cleaning. Daniel was knowledgeable and very thorough going through the examination and providing details for recommendations while being polite with how the information and recommendations were presented.

My system was installed not even 2 years ago and technicians have had to come out to me residence over 30 times. Everything from poor quality of work involving major system repairs, system failures, component failures and the lack of knowledge of the system equipment that was installed. I will say 90% of the technicians that come out are very nice and courteous and most are knowledgeable of the system. I would explore other options for Heating and Air after paying $17,000 and receiving this kind of experience. I would give the overall experience a 1 star but most of the technicians are very nice and understanding

Just came out of my crawl space and discovered all the extra ducting that was left behind by the install team. I'm not super surprised but still very disappointed

Words cannot express the extreme gratitude I have for Danny and Gino delivering superior service to my family. They were professional, honest and respectful throughout their entire visit; going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I found the rates to be reasonably priced with no price gouging / inflation for services. I will definitely call upon the company and request this service team for all our future appointments. 10 out of 10!

While I'm usually satisfied with Boothes service I was disappointed in my last tune-up appointment in which I booked over two months ago, took off work expecting to be the first appointment of the day in which I usually am and was hoping to go into work just a little later than usual but unfortunately that did not happen after making several calls to customer service trying to locate my service tech he didn't arrive until 1:00 pm which was then too late to try and get part of days work in. Again I have been satisfied with Boothes over the past couple years but they have recently been delayed or had to reschedule my appointments which is difficult for me to reschedule since I work full time and have to take leave to take off. But all of the techs are very nice and knowledgeable of their job.

Justin McGee performed HVAC maintenance on both of my units as part of Boothe’s comfort club plan that I participate in. He let me know that he was on the way and arrived within the timeframe given when my appointment was scheduled. Justin was very polite, courteous and professional in his mannerisms and the performance of his work. He explained what he checked for as far as system performance inside and outside and what he found, which was great in that he reported that my systems were in great condition, thanks to Boothe’s continuous service of them. Thank you!

Boothes Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical provided excellent service! Danny Calabrese and Jordan came out to address our electrical issues and did a fantastic job. They replaced all of our smoke detectors with new models that are hardwired and combined with carbon monoxide detectors, giving us much more peace of mind. We also purchased a Generac and a main panel surge protector device. They explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was done properly. Both Danny and Jordan were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend Boothes for anyone needing reliable electrical or home services.

Jack Davis did such an amazing job at our house. He came on Christmas Eve, diagnosed the problem, then came back a few days later and did the work needed. We appreciated the amazing service and will work with Jack and Boothe’s again.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Derick Brawner, my hot water heater plumbing installer. After placing my service call, Mr. Brawner contacted me with an estimated time of arrival.
Upon completion of the water heater installation, he removed all debris and left things clean. He was informative of the pertinent things I needed know in case of an emergency. Lastly, he assured that all faucets and equipment were working properly.

The manager reach d out to me to remind me of my installation appointment and the technician’s name and time of arrival. He was friendly and on time and the HVAC and water heater system was done professionally in one day and they were able to schedule the job within 2 working days. They cleaned up well afterwards and I already have the one month check-up scheduled. Great job!

I arrived home late from vacation to find that half my house was at 50 degrees. While freezing in bed I was able to schedule service for the heat pump for first thing the next morning. Chris arrived and tracked down the issue right away. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable and got my system up and running in short time. I am very pleased with Boothe's service and the employees I've encountered.

From the moment I called booth to come out and give us a EV charger estimate they were very friendly. Our technician was Dylan who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he give us our estimate but he was able to hook the charger up the same day
