If you're an OTR delivery make sure the shipper gave an appointment time or else they won't take you. Still good people with no attitudes

Due to these crazy storms we’ve been having and the surge damages they’ve caused, it was recommended that we have a Whole House Surge Protector. I wish someone recommended this product years ago. It would have saved us a lot of headache and money.

Anyway, I contacted several electrical companies for quotes. TriStar Electric was very prompt, straightforward, and accurate with the quote. They price was similar to the other we called, but the reason I decided to hire TriStar was because they took the time to explain the process, look at the whole house surge protector we purchased, and check if it was compatible with our electric panel. All over the phone! The cost for installation was $195, which includes the breaker pole. Again, this is around the same price we received from other companies as well.

Once the electrician arrived, he was quick and thorough! The work was done in 30 mins.

So happy with the results! They gave us the peace of mind we’ve been needing!
