Luis and Jose from TriStar were awesome! They arrived on time and got right to work. They installed three different styles of ceiling fan for us, helped with a faulty doorbell, and cleaned up some messy wiring. Luis explained everything every step of the way. They also cleaned everything up and left all the manuals on my nightstand. Highly recommended!

Able to get 5 outside lights working, even though one was because I’m a dummy. Still need to get a new kitchen light, fix the post light (when we can get attic stairs access), and maybe a few other in-house fixtures switched out for newer ones.

After years of using another reputable company for maintenance of my generator I had to look for another provider. The last company kept canceling on me and my maintenance was 3 months overdue. I reached out to TriStar and was surprised that their cost was about one half what I have been paying for years.

Todd showed up on time. He is very friendly, informative and respectful of the property. He is very meticulous and spent quite a bit of time with the maintenance. I noticed that when he finished, he cleaned the inside and outside of the generator.

Great service by the guys from TriStar Electric. They were professional, personable, and did the job well. I would definately use them again. The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is the cost was higher than expected.

From starting to finishing the project, Tristar provided phenomenal service and communicated very well via email. They addressed all of my concerns before hand and arrived on time. Dustin responded very quickly to address my concerns even after technician left the job-site and sent technician over to address the issue. Technician ran the wire neatly in conduit without exposing, installed light fixture, and, change outlets.

Matt was very professional and rang my doorbell to let me know he was here to work on our generator. Also informed me when inspection and testing was complete. Very happy with Tristar.

Incredibly responsive, proactive and competent management and team, and staff. Dustin and team went above and beyond to reach out to the county, schedule pre-work inspection, obtain the necessary permits and get my electric vehicle charger installed in my garage so I could use the outlet both for car charging and the elevator. Top notch customer service. Also, I love that they default to text message updates, questions, clarifications, scheduling and communication of updates. This makes it so much easier versus having to coordinate on the phone. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend.

2nd time we have used them! First time was to bring my pool electrical up to code. This time we had 2 ceiling fans installed that required scaffolding and 2 chandeliers installed. They were quick , clean and actually repaired defects from the manufacturer! I also had several switches and a timer replaced. Everyone was pleasant to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future electrical work.

TriStar installed a new circuit for a gfci in an upstairs bathroom. They did it with a minimum of holes in drywall and they patched those holes sufficiently well so we can paint over them easily. The installers were friendly and paid attention to our wishes. I will call them again when we need electric
