I'd been dreading my "room of doom:6 months, too embarrassed to even have anyone come in. My feisty mother with dementia had moved in -keeping up with her was consuming me.
I reached out to several services, but none made feel comfortable enough to share my "shame,: or were so unprofessional I didn't consider.

Let me tell you- in an hour in an 2 hour my room was organized with twice the space. Stephania has an eye for organizing & cleaning like I've never seen. She's very friendly & she shares her cleaning secrets too to help you stay organized. And they were actually the cheapest in my area in Columbia, Maryland If you're an unorganized borderline hoarder, disabled, or just want exceptional services, don't wait any longer.

I have been receiving their services for about 6 months or so and I am very pleased with the service they provide. Staff are always polite and professional. They pay attention to detail. (I know because I notice my stuff is unplugged, which means they go in and under stuff) It’s so nice to come home to a clean smelling home. Their price is extremely fair as well. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for help with your home cleaning!

I was hoping this would be a good experience as the owner was very responsive and eager to meet my needs.

However, I paid for a deep cleaning service for my new home and the work was unsatisfactory. Many of the basic cleaning items were overlooked. Cob webs, dusting, door trims and light switches all overlooked. I hired this company to take the lift off my hands....but instead they delayed me because I had to clean. I contacted the owner for a partial refund where she offered to address all the problem areas but that should have been taken care of.

My bad for trusting her in that she took pride in the work of her team. I should have checked myself. Please learn from my mistake if you use this company. Do your own walk through!!!!

She came out to my home assessed the area then provided a reasonable quote. The day of the cleaning they arrived and completely transformed my home. When I arrived home, I walked in to the pleasant aroma of cleanliness. Then I walked around looking at the home. My house has never been this clean. The windows are clean, the door knobs, the base boards, the microwave, the toaster over… I can’t even list everything they cleaned. I’m am very pleased with the quality of work provided and the time it saved me.

I was afraid that I had waited too long to reach out, but Keren responded promptly and professionally, and was able to get us a quote for services the next day. We were then able to schedule the deep clean before Thanksgiving. Keren and her team were professional, polite, and they did an excellent job!! Admittedly, our kitchen cabinets were not in the best shape, and she was able to get them looking very clean and polished. We are very happy with their services and would definitely recommend to others!

I had the rear yard of my townhouse covered with pavers a couple of years ago. Fair price, excellent work, thorough clean up. Easy to communicate with and had good follow through. And....their work is holding up well.

We had an outdoor natural stone fireplace built by First Impressions Hardscapes that met all our expectations. Great design, stone selection, and outstanding work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hardscape solution at a fair and reasonable price.

In 2014, First Impression Hardscapes installed hardscape (permeable pavers) and path lights at our home. My wife and I were pleased with our dealings with the company at that time, and we've been pleased with the hardscape and lights ever since.

Recently, one of the path lights was damaged by a fallen limb. I called First Impression Hardscapes for information on the manufacturer of the lights. What the company did as a result of my request was replace the damaged light with a new one, at no cost to me. I never expected such a response to my request. Wonderful service!

Beware of this company...they do not stand behind their product. We had a patio installed by them about 5 years ago. From the first summer, the lights they used for our patio did not work correctly. They came out a couple of times to try and fix the issue by doing the same thing over and over again with no success, instead of finding a solution that actually worked. Since then, after repeated requests, they have not followed through and have not been responsive. Very disappointed in this company.

Prompt and courteous communication when getting an estimate. Good price. Quality work. Efficient crew. The crew arrived at 7:30am and left at 6pm each day. I contacted our PM regarding fixing a small detail and it was fixed within 24 hours of the call. Very happy with this company and would absolutely use them again.

Did a great job installing semi-permeable pavers on our driveway. From estimate to completion, they were friendly, professional, neat, careful, and fast! Highly recommend.

Didn't have a good customer service experience with them. I called and they sent Dustin to come talk to us at our house and assess the work that we needed. He was actually pleasant while there and even gave useful suggestions. He said he would write up all the proposed projects we discussed and send us a quote. That was the last I ever heard from him! When I called the office 2 weeks after his visit to see if maybe he sent them the proposal, they said they have no knowledge of anything Dustin did and I should reach out to him directly. I called and texted him twice with no response. Very Unprofessional.
