Shawn's Electric installed a surge protector for a condominium elevator. Shawn and Luke are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived quickly and were ready to help us get elevator service restored. I will definitely use Shawn's Electric in the future. Great service.

Luke and Shawn did a great job on running electric and installing a cooktop as well as running a new line for an outlet. Very reasonable prices. Very professional and on time. They really know their stuff and they stick by their estimates. I will be definitely be using them in the future.

They did a great job meeting our needs to improve our home and were extremely flexible with us as we started identifying additional work we wanted/needed done. They installed ceiling fans in our bedrooms, flush led lights in the basement and living room, exhaust fan in the attic, replaced old outlets and added new outlets in the garage and inside the house, installed doorbell and exterior lights were there weren't any at all. I highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family!

Shawn and Luke came the same day I called when I lost my kitchen circuit due to a power outage. They checked everything, found the problem and fixed it for me. They were honest about pricing and the end price was more than fair. Would recommend them to anyone, and I know I will call them again if my 46yr old house acts up again.

This company came to replace a panel box, run a new dryer wire and fix an outlet wiring. I had several estimates theirs was not the cheapest nor the highest. Their customer service was impeccable. Luke and Shawn came out did a thorough inspection and gave me a reasonable price. They initially thought the job would cause many holes in my wall to complete. They took there time and to my surprise I ended up with no additional holes which that in itself saved me a lot of money. They totally cleaned up after themselves and we kept in contact until all parts of the job were complete. Anyone can use a big corporation but don't sleep on the smaller businesses. I have a few smaller jobs that I will definitely be using them again in the future. FYI we upgraded from a 100amp panel box to 200 amp.

Luke and Shawn arrived earlier than expected, fixed a poorly wired group of outlets and switches, and charged a very reasonable price. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a huge relief to have the issue fixed!

All I can say is that I love these guys! I had work done to my house and they completely destroyed my electrical system. Shawn and Luke came highly recommended by a friend who I trust. I gave them a call, and I'm glad I did. They came like they said they would, and quoted me a fair price, for the work to be done.
Luke has just been an angel. He promptly set up for the inspector to come out, took his time to speak to bge, on my behalf, about what they needed to do, and took the time to educate me on the outside sensors of my house.
No matter what time I call him, he takes time to answer any questions I have. Because I am a new homeowner, I have plenty of questions!
Luke has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has helped me out a great deal with the house's wiring.
I will recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

We had recessed lighting installed in 3 bedrooms and our living room and we are so happy with how it turned out! Shawn and Luke were fantastic. They kept me informed during the entire process and explained the pros and cons of different light installation methods. They worked very hard to minimize the number and size of the holes in the drywall necessary to complete the project. We will definitely use them again!

I called Shawn's Electric this morning since half of my house became without power. They explained they were on a job for the day but would contact me later. At 3:30 p.m., they called and Luke and Shawn came to the house within five minutes. They found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it. They were kind, professional, very fair and reasonable in pricing. I am so glad I called them and will definitely call them in the future with any electrical problems. Don't look past Shawn's to get your work done quickly and fairly.

Requested BGE to move our meter from the outside back wall of our garage to the side and needed Shawn's Electric to do all the prep work. Shawn ran new cable from our existing breaker to where the new meter would be installed. He also brought us up to current code by installing an emergency disconnect switch, additional grounds, and a whole house surge protector. He handled pulling an electric permit with the County, inspections with the County, and coordinating with BGE's contractor to make the process as smooth as possible. He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and kept the lines of communication open throughout the project. This is the 3rd project I've used Shawn's Electric for and would definitely recommend them.

Shawn and Luke are a great team. I had them run a dedicated new 240v line to my hot tub. They gave me a reasonable quote within an hour and was onsite in the next couple of days. They work fast, they deliver what was promised and did it without breaking the bank. Definitely pros. Their customer service was above and beyond when I had questions and a small issue. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Shawn's Electric was on time, quick, and clean. They did a great job and were very nice and friendly. The job ended up being simpler than originally thought and they were honest and reduced the price of the job from the original quote. Highly recommend and would totally hire again. Also didn't have to wait long from booking the job until they were able to come.

In choosing a company to troubleshoot my outdoor light, I did my research and found so many positive reviews for Shawn's Electric that I was confident they were the company to call. I called yesterday, and they were able to come this morning to investigate why my light was not working. They stated their price up front, which was appreciated. They were very friendly, competent, and willing to explain what they were doing and also answer my questions. The light is working again and I am pleased to know that I have a trustworthy company to call on in the future. Thanks Shawn and Luke!

My well pump stopped. Plumbers came out and were getting weird voltage readings between house and pump so they referred me to electrician. I made a couple calls and Luke from Shawn's Electric was able to come out a few hours later (for which he gets two stars.) He was getting good voltage in the house. He discovered the tank switch was wired wrong and fixed it. Initially he said that probably blew out the pump, then he pondered and said no, actually, it probably made no difference. He got readings at the pump he didn't understand. He pondered. He looked at his phone. He declared the readings were normal because all four wires were getting power, albeit not enough. He concluded the problem was the capacitor between the pump and the tank and referred me back to the plumbers. $220 for an hour of pondering and a noncritical switch rewiring.

Plumbers came back. Nothing wrong with capacitor. Definitely incorrect readings at the pump. After much troubleshooting, they concluded there was a short in one of the underground lines and in the pump line. They replaced the pump and wiring with a two-lead pump so the bad underground line is unused. Shout out to Liberty Pure for their persistence, and for providing same day service *twice*. Shawn's Electric just wasted my time.

I decided to go with Shawn's Electric due to his positive online reviews and due to him giving me a very fair estimate to install a transfer switch for a generator. Shawn and Luke came right on time and even sent me a courtesy text to let me know they were 20 min away. They completed the job without any issues and took the time to explain everything to me. I primarily dealt with Luke and he was incredibly professional and polite. I would recommend Shawn's Electric to anyone in need of an Electrician. Overall great experience!
