We recently had our roof and gutters replaced. The salesperson that did the estimate did not pressure us at all and was extremely informative. Once we decided to proceed, we paid a 1/3 deposit and the supplies were ordered. They were able to start the work the following week and were done the roof in one day and came back the next day to install the gutters. Their staff cleaned up and were very polite. I would highly recommend and they are a local business.

Roofworks provides timely and high quality roof service. The communication between the company and the customer is excellent. They take the time to explain your roof's needs, provide pictures, and overall exemplary service. Roofworks does superb work and stand behind the quality of their services.

Disappointing.. I hired them to work on a property that I manage. We urgently needed to tarp before we begin the work of replacing the roof. Reached out to them to tarp. They were scheduled the next day. When we discovered that they did not arrive at the job at the time specified we called and they indicated that they deviated contractor to another job pending payment. We had the owner pay to ensure that there be no more damage to the unit but this is not a rule of thumb nor is it legal to require payment before a job is completed. I had their contact info because of a job a few years back. Our intention was to have them replace the roof however, I found their work to be subpar and they were dishonest after they left debris on the roof promising to return only if they received the okay to move forward with the job of replacing the roof. Not only will I not be using this company personally. They will no longer be part of my database of go to contractors for any job as it relates to roofing. Thanks Rhonda.

I reached out to 3-4 roofers to help fix some trim that had become detached during a storm. None of them even responded. Then a neighbor recommended Roofworks. They came out to give me an estimate so quickly... I think think it was same day. This is trim issue is very common in our newly built community. I was able to direct 4-6 homeowners to Roofworks and their team organized a day to come and fix all of our homes. Minimal effort on my part, because there team is full of great communicators. The workmanship is great, they reenforced the trim and I haven't had a problem since. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Also, our home is a very tall 4 story townhome. It is tough to get contractors to do anything on our roofs. Roofworks gets it done. Thanks

Mike did a thorough review of the roof (including actually getting onto it and taking pictures to show me) and identified both short term urgent needs and longer term projects. He did not apply any pressure and was not tricky about what we actually needed to do for winter as opposed to what we could do eventually.

New slates are installed where needed and the gutters are clean. Crew was professional.

Thank You Roof Works for the exceptional work on my home. Setting up the appointment with Rhonda was a pleasure because she was professional and courteous. Mr. Widener who examined the roof and provided the estimate is well informed about the roofing business in general. After evaluating the roof he discussed areas of concern as well as potential replacement possibilities necessitating additional cost. I appreciate Mike explaining the entire process to me which included payment and options too.
He also made valuable recommendations regarding the type of skylight glass I needed to aid in heating/air conditioning efficiency. The roofing staff perform the job are definitely an asset to Roof Works. They too were professional and skilled in their trade and in working well together to get a two-fold job done: removal of roof flue pipe before & skylight replacement. I have NO complaints on anything from start to finish; including clean up of all debris. I am truly a satisfied customer.

I was looking to replace my roof, not because of an active leak, but more because of the age, small area of water damage in garage and my preference of making a large financial decision without the stress of an emergency.
In total, I received 3 estimates from 3 companies (Home Genius, Roof Works, & Roof Pups). My experience with the other 2 companies was like dealing with a used car salesperson. What I respected and appreciated about Dave Goldfein was the approach he took. He really understands all of the pieces of the larger picture and was able to educate me on what it all really meant. I never felt pressured, in fact, I felt comfortable to ask any question and get a clear answer. He didn't try to 'upsell' and didn't claim I needed additional work (when really, I did not).
Claudia from the office was genuine in our conversations, not blowing me off or not hearing what I said. She kept me informed of the what I could expect. When I called to see about scheduling a date, she patiently reviewed the steps of the process. My experiences with other companies' in the past, have been anything but helpful and respectful. I never felt like I was being given the runaround. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
The crew worked hard all day to make sure everything was done the way it ought to be. They were all very friendly and highly skilled. They returned the following day to go around the perimeter with the magnet (it was dark when they left). The clean up was thorough and complete. Nothing was left behind. The result looks great, and the best part is the relief I feel knowing an excellent job was done to protect my home and family.
My best friend used them last year and had a similar experience to mine. She intended to only replace the skylights and had the unfortunate surprise to learn her roof was in pretty bad shape. I highly recommend Roof Works to anyone looking to replace their roof, whether emergency or planned. I don't give out recommendations of many companies but this is one I encourage you to consider.

I had a few missing shingles from the recent wind events. Roofworks came out and assessed my roof and fixed my issue. They provided pictures before and after. Highly recommend. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Excellent job. I can’t even tell there were shingles missing.

They did work in my condo building that is a shared expense. One condo unit contracted them and used association funds to pay for the job and the company refuses to share the invoice or scope of work with the rest owners.

I just had Roofworks at my house to replace my roof. Starting from Mike who came out to do the estimate to the guys that came out to replace the roof to the office staff everyone was professional and courtesy in every way. I really appreciate everyone. I would refer them to family and friends. Thank you Roofworks for a job well done.

Roof Works did an awesome job replacing a brand new roof on our home. They were here early that morning and was finished by that afternoon. The workers cleaned up when finished and cleaned my yard well getting all materials up, When they finished everything was put back all my yard furniture which they had to move. The new roof and yard cleaned up me and my wife were very pleased of the outcome. I would highly recommend roof works to do anybody that needs a new roof. They are BEST EVER!!

Overflowing from house gutters during severe rain storms this past year. They came out and did some work on treplacing upper gutters. We’ve had just one or two heavy rain storms since, then, and I didn’t have the overflow. So I assume they fixed the problem.

After shingles flew off my roof, I was referred to ROOFWORKS by a neighbor. ROOFWORKS is a family-owned business, and I believe this is important to quality. Zach came out to inspect the old roof and worked on a plan for a new roof that would agree with the HOA requirements. My new roof has a 50-year warranty! Four ROOFWORKS' workers came to my house and raised a new roof in just 7 1/2 hours. The workers were diligent and careful to clear off all the debris and haul it away. I highly recommend ROOFWORKS to anyone who needs a new roof and a company you can trust. They are above excellent!

The Roof works team was super professional. I'm a buyer who needed a roof evaluation. Ms. Ronda (project manager/administrator) matched me with Mr. Widener who has decades of experience. He was kind, thorough, and fast. He explained his findings in laymen's terms, showed pictures, and was transparent about the immediate next steps. He assessed the best way to access the roof for future repairs and work and shared some "less than pleasant" news in a kind and professional way to myself, the seller's agent, and the seller's contractors.
