Constraction reviews in Lanham, Maryland

We needed to replace our roof and were referred to Roofworks by a satisfied customer. We received estimates from four well-rated roofing firms. Roofworks was the only firm that actually got up on our roof to examine the situation and provide an accurate estimate. They were competitive in price, and the work crew showed up as promised. The job was completed in one day and they took care of local required permits. They also did a great job with cleanup. We recommend them without reservation.

Outstanding experience!
Easy to schedule next-day service, on-time and courteous with competitive pricing!
Zach, the tech, was very knowledgeable in assessing the siding issue we had from the recent days of unusually strong winds. Pieces of the vinyl siding had blown off the house and the roofline cladding was flapping in the wind.
The tech was able to expertly reattach our siding and cladding, apply matching color sealant to a piece that had cracked and secure all pieces for a seamless result. The service was excellent, and the tech then diligently checked the entire exterior for any other potential issues.
We would definitely call this company again for future exterior needs. What a pleasure!

Roofworks recently replaced our roof, siding, and gutters. We couldn’t be happier with the team. The crew arrived on time, was very efficient, and left the area clean once their work was finished. The man who did our siding was fantastic; he literally couldn’t have done a better job. The team members, Zach and Ronda, were easy to reach and highly effective communicators, responding promptly to our needs and concerns. Pricing was clear and upfront, with no hidden costs. I highly recommend Roofworks to anyone needing replacements or repairs!

Used Roofworks to do a gutter replacement. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and the work was started and completed as promised. We wanted a slight modification to how the old gutters were installed and the work was done perfectly. We were not home when the work was done so they provided several pictures of the work for us. Would highly recommend Roofworks.

Totally satisfied with the bid & work done by RoofWorks. Mike spent time with us explaining the process without pressure or slick tactics that another firm used. Job was done in 1.5 days; enthusiastic laborers & good clean-up. Follow-up inspection with Mike a few days after & he said they would come out to fix any initial issues at no charge. Absolutely trustworthy. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully not for a few decades or so!

I had my roof completely replaced about 12 years ago and started finding large pieces of shingle on my front lawn. I had 3 roofing companies come out to give estimates and all 3 told me the damaged areas, the dormers, were done incorrectly so now they had to be redone. I went with RoofWorks because I liked their options, how the issue was explained to me, and what the repairs would be and why.

They were not the least or most expensive - they were, however, the best company for the job and the repairs look great.

I would highly recommend RoofWorks.

Roofworks was able to inspect and replace the roof of our new house very quickly. They were professional and responsive by both email and phone, and we were very pleased with the work they completed for us.

I had the esteem pleasure of working with Zach Smith and his roofing company staff, who were knowledgeable and forthcoming with each step of the process while working with my mum's insurance company. Their team of installers did an outstanding job on my mum's roof. I would highly recommend them.

Sandoval Concrete & Landscaping is exceptional! They provide 5-star work and service for patios, retaining walls, fences, sheds, walkways, etc. We happily use them at our home and office in Silver Spring. Couldn't recommend them more!

Darwin just completed several jobs at my house - teardown and construction of a Trex deck, installing of aluminum railing on front porch, replacement of rotten wood, painting, and masonry repair. He was available to provide an estimate very quickly, offered a fair price for the work, and was very responsive throughout the project. I would definitely use his services again.

Called Sandoval Concrete for an estimate for tuckpointing on the bricks underneath the front door threshold. Coordinated the entire repair via text and they were super responsive and fast on working my repairs. Will use them again for concrete/masonry work.

Excellent work and communication the whole time. Had a 12x24 slab poured for a large shed and we are very pleased with the results. Sandoval and his crew are hardworking, professional and the end product is exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend this business.

I have used Sandoval Concrete and Landscape for multiple jobs: Decorative stonework, tuckpointing, and most importantly correcting water intrusion.

Darwin was honest, fairly priced and easy to work with. The work was done well and the crew was pleasant and professional.

I would recommend Sandoval without any reservations. Jobs well done.

SANDOVAL CONCRETE did a BEAUTIFUL job at my house, replacing pavers, installing a drainage system, beautiful stone siding, replacing all my concrete, and re-building my lantern brick base. SANDOVAL has transformed my property! I loved working with the guys!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandoval Concrete & Landscape LLC to finish renovating my basement and backyard. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship, especially after a traumatizing experience with the previous contractor.
Darwin and his team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill from the initial consultation to the project's completion. They thoroughly assessed the project, offered expert recommendations, and provided a clear and competitive estimate. Their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered every call and text, and had regular meetings with me on the site. The team was friendly, respectful, and responsive to all my questions and concerns while maintaining the site clean and organized. I cannot get a better team.
Most importantly, they adhered to the set timeline and budget, which were very reasonable. They are proud of their work, and the result exceeded all my expectations in terms of both quality and aesthetics.
I highly recommend them for any concrete or masonry needs, and I will definitely reach out to them for any future projects!

I highly recommend Darwin and this company for the hardscape work done on the porch and the walkway. Darwin listened to my ideas and provided good advice and come up with the design of the walkway. He was punctual and responded promptly to my texts and phone calls when required. They finished the job in a timely manner, with care and precision. Very professional! I am very pleased with his work.

Darwin Sandoval and his crew came to my rescue. We had water coming in the basement from the front of the house to the middle of the basement. He poured a slab to stop the problem at such an affordable price that I was amazed. Great work and dedication! No project too small for them.

Bob Grill and Team did an excellent job on our interior warehouse door widening project and I will definitely use them again. They are patient, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
