I called ROOFWORKS after seeing they had a legit A+ on BBB's website, and I've been totally impressed. I had spoke to Claudia multiple times with questions & she was patient and answered all of my concerns. They even completely cleaned my gutters at no additional fee. i was never pressured. They have a cool referral program too where you can earn gift cards. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

After getting quotes from a few companies I chose Roofworks to replace my roof based on a combination of professionalism, knowledge and price quote. Mike came to my home and got up on the roof and evaluated what needed to be done. He showed me pictures and thoroughly went over the options. He worked with me to get my homeowners association what they needed in order to approve my request to have the roof replaced. I definitely recommend using Roofworks.

I have received outstanding customer service and the work done on my roof and other outside improvement to my home have been none less than top-notch. Mike and Zac are outstanding representative of the company. They ensure that you know what must be done to complete a job and that you understand it fully. Like other google reviewers, I had a great experience with Roofworks. I requested an estimate and their representative, Dave, came out the next day to take the look at our home. I wanted the job done as soon as possible and Roofworks was able to schedule the job to happen one day after I put in my security deposit. A team of 8 people came around 8am on the morning of the job. Everyone wore high-viz vests and was equipped with the appropriate safety gear, rope harnesses, and what looked like special shoes designed for walking on roofs. They brought with them a medium sized box truck with supplies, a small van with other supplies, and a small dump truck for the debris. They put tarp on the ground around my home to catch falling debris and used plywood sheets to cover things on the ground that could be damaged (like my AC splitpack unit). After doing their prepwork, they immediately started taking down the old shingles. A flatbed truck with a compact crane came around 10am to deliver the new shingles. The team was done taking down the old shingles around 10:30am when they started putting on the new shingles. By 2pm, they completed shingling and cleanup. They scoured the ground with magnets to get all the nails. They even left me a pack of leftover shingles at my request in the event I need to replace some shingles in the future (not to doubt the team's excellent work and the limited lifetime warranty of the shingles they used, but anything could happen in the future and its good to have extras of the original materials to match). Below are before and after photos of my house on the same day that Roofworks came to do the job. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend Roofworks to anyone I know.

UPDATE: I hired Roofworks again to replace another roof, and again they did excellent work in a timely manner. The roof they did 3 years ago still looks brand new. These guys are great!

I have a rental house with a small, unusually steep roof. Multiple roofers went to the house to give me an estimate and then I never heard from them again. Roofworks harnessed in and did an excellent job, and their professionalism was really appreciated.

I would highly recommend Roofwork to repair or replace your roof. They made suggestions and helped with other issues I had with my home. As weird as it sounds, I love looking at the quality of the roof they replaced compared with my neighbors. I have safe knowledge of knowing that the next storm my home will be protected.

I am happy with the results. The customer service was great I have no complaint.I couldn’t be happier with it as it is a big investment. I recommend to others looking for these jobs to be done on their property.

I had to have a flat roof repaired and used Roofworks. I had 4 estimates and they were in the middle. They had installed my original roof many years ago. The roof that was put on my addition was not done by them. They did a fantastic job and its guaranteed. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and came as soon there was clear weather. They picked up all debris and did the work efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Roofworks team was a dream to work with! The initial call for an estimate on repairs, installing a tarp until permanent repairs were completed, and then throughout the process which includes settling the bill, the entire team made the process a seamless one. I would recommend them to friends and family, as they focus not only on the quality of their work, but also care for a quality experience.

We had a great experience with Roofworks! We had wind and hail damage from a storm. Zach came out right away to repair the issue but recommended that the insurance adjuster come inspect. The adjuster recommended the roof be fully replaced and covered by insurance. Zach and April worked directly with my insurance company to get the approvals. The installation was fast and excellent. High quality products and 50 year warranty. Terrific customer service. I highly recommend them for roof work.

Edit: After posting the review, April resolved our remaining issue (thank you). I hope in the future Roofworks will have a knowledgeable foreman check the install so their customers do not need to point out issues. If their customers do find issues, I hope they'll also be more responsive to concerns.

A few of the issues:
* Installed the wrong range hood vent and refused to replace it for over a month, even with written proof from the manufacturer that the vent was insufficient for the purpose.
* Repaired a rafter and charged us for it without any prior communication. This should have required a permit and inspection.
* Initially omitted kickout flashing that was explicitly included in our quote. On the other side of the house, thought this caulk monstrosity was acceptable for kickout flashing (photo).
* When we pointed out the kickout flashing issue, the install follow-up guy was surprised to hear we were getting our siding replaced (which would have affected the flashing install). Their sales rep knew this and must not have told the team.
* Initially installed a different ridge vent on part of the roof and only replaced it when we pointed out that it looked different. Follow-up guy said the install team must have used a random piece from their truck instead of what was specified in our contract (photo 2).
* Customer service was poor beyond the sales quote. Installation team did not even tell us when they were done or do a walkthrough, just left.
For $19k, I expected much better from the start. I recommend finding someone with a better process for ensuring quality installation.

I had a great experience with Roofworks. Zach worked well communicating with myself and my insurance to replace my full roof. Explained the details of the work needed in a clear manner. Price was very reasonable. When work was scheduled, the crew was on time and very efficient. Constantly working on the roof throughout the day to get it done. Very hard working crew. Cleaned up my yard and neighbor's yards. Overall, for a project this size, I was very happy with who I chose to do the work.

Best company out of the 3 I had come out. Had my roof gutters, downspouts all new! The price was outstanding! Not to mention the customer service as well as the construction crew! Very thorough. Did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from initial estimate to job completion. We received several quotes for a total roof and gutter replacement. Not only were we impressed with the quality of materials and transparency in pricing, they were also very competitively priced and the representative listened to our concerns, areas of focus, and desired work schedule. Wonderful communication, customer service, and follow-up from the central office as well as explanation of process and estimatimation for completion time-frame. And to top it off, the work, while not rushed and what appears top quality, finished as promised, if not early. I, as the proper owner, was communicating and making decisions from out of the county and not once did that pose a problem as they were easy to communicte with in all forums: text, email, or phone call, with a variety of payment options available. Highly recommend!

This is my second time using this company and I absolutely love them. The first project was my roof. They gave me a very good price, a lot of color choices, and the work was done quickly. The second project, replacing my old basement windows... they did an amazing job. Thank you Roofwork!
