Work done well price is was high. Didn't get an estimate before work because tech said office was closed. GET A ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU GET THE WORK DONE.

I attempted to use this business. Was assigned from a home warranty company. After one no show to an appointment time I had 3 unanswered messages taken by a messaging service over the course of 8 business days. Needed to have the home warranty company reassign the ticket. Don’t waste your time with this company like I did.

Shame on me for not don't my research and attempting to support a BOB. Ben from Frontline came out to fix my furnace for the first time in January. Although the unit was old and simply should have been replaced (he says he recommended as much) he
attempted to repair it. Each time he came
out I smelled a burning smell, eventually the system caught fire. He refused to refund me and stopped returning my calls. He was unsure how to use PayPal, having me send payment to a Glamour Hair Studio and then accused me of not paying?
I sued and lost bc the judge said I was unable to prove the fire was his fault. Needless to say I took it on the chin but after the unprofessionalism exhibited both the fixing of the fournace and the court I came here to leave a review.
Never have I encountered a more narcissistic, misogynistic, unprofessional, and down right angry individual. He was twice admonished by the judge for his tone and aggression during the proceedings.

I used FMS to install a new hot water heater in one of my apartment units. There was no problem with the installation or price. The problem arose when the pilot light kept going out. I called the owner, Ben, several times but he would never return my call. I called one of the employees, Glen, and he told me to go on "Google" and find where a gas valve can be purchased. First of all, WHY should the customer have to research parts for the technician? Secondly, all the parts on the water heater were new only about 3 months since installation.
I had another company diagnose the problem, there was nothing wrong with the gas valve.
I was made to select 1 star to be able to post, but I truly wouldn't have picked one star.
I can't in good conscience recommend this company when the owner would not return my call to service a product he installed. I would never use this company again.

I had a problem with my AC unit for a long time and had several techs come out and just charge me only to have the issue resurface. A colleague referred me to Operation HVAC and I gave them a call. Edwin showed up on time and promptly discovered the root cause of my AC unit and found several other issues. He fixed everything right away. My AC is now up and running with no issues.
