Engaged Ned's to clean gutters for a very large house. Was able to contact them after 6pm. Was taken care of by a friendly and very helpful person who promptly set up the work for the next morning.
A crew of two arrived early the morning and got right to work, and did an excellent job in getting the project done. Really appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of the whole experience.

I liked my service and it was timely. It was timely only because I paid them $100 to do so so I’m not sure how timely they are generally speaking. I feel $100 was a bit excessive but what do I know? No clue how good of a job they did because I can’t see in my gutter. The pushy nature of their sales and marketing team is gross. It teeters on harassment. They pushed more services on me than I even asked for when I booked the service. I had trouble getting him off the phone, he just kept offering services. I just wanted to book the appointment. I had the same problem when a representative called to ask about how the service was. She was so pushy I hung up. I receive countless marketing emails from them. I just got a second marketing call. I have blocked their phone number and marked them as spam. I would have considered them for other projects but lord only knows what would happen if I book a second service. No thanks Ned!

The Ned Stevens team provided great customer service from my initial request for service until job completion. On the day of installation, we were notified by Ned Steven's team that the installers would arrive in 30 mins. They did, and proceeded to replace a gutter, and repair a damaged roof shingle; all within 30 mins. I would use this company again as well as recommended them.

Ned’s did a nice job of replacing / installing 6” gutters on my 1971 Columbia single-family home. The cost to replace all gutters + downspouts was about $2k but then they discovered “rotten” wood that needed to be replaced and that cost an additional $800. All in all, not bad for the mental security it provides.

they did an amazing job cleaning my gutters. They also checked my buried downspout runoff. I like that they Provided their own hoses. They also did a great job when they were done cleaning things up. I was very pleased.

It was a very good experience. The three gutter installers were very professional and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Micha did a great job cleaning my gutters with the leaf guard as it still collects sediment after years of weather. Both the workers were very nice and appeared experienced for the rooftop job.

Got a text they were on the way as they were pulling onto our house. We had not even scheduled a gutter cleaning for today. majority of the leaves have not yet fallen in our neighborhood!. This company has the worst communication and I would avoid at all costs.

Scheduler didn't provide enough details about how weather affects service. It led to a upset customer, misunderstanding and a 10% price discount.

Excellent job. Worked quickly and clean all of my gutters. Look forward to seeing them after the leaves have fallen.

I was extremely happy with the exterior window cleaning and soft washing of my house siding. The men showed great care and dedication to doing an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

The Service team arrived on time. They did a great job with the dryer vent cleaning. They worked well together and were very thorough and efficient. I can already see a difference in the dryer performance. Am very pleased and would recommend them for this service.

I called last week to schedule an appointment for gutter cleaning and was told that there was a "high probability" I'd receive service the next day "weather permitting". One week later I still haven't received service despite fair weather every day and I haven't been contacted about when service will be provided. I called back today to cancel and was told there were only two ways to do so: either turn away the technician if they arrive at my property or hope that dispatch sends a cancellation text message before they arrive at my property. If the technician does arrive at my property I will still be charged a service fee simply for them showing up. That said, the customer service reps I spoke to were polite and professional both times I called. My issue is just with the lack of service and the difficulty there seems to be cancelling.

These pictures were taken same day after their crew supposedly performed a “complete” cleaning. Leaves and debris remained in the gutter. I waited over a week after contacting them before posted this review due to no response received.

Ned's Home/Ned Steven's Gutter Cleaning is the best. I continue to have great experiences with them. They continue to be quick and efficient. As I mentioned in my first review of their gutter cleaning/installation services, I did not think I could get past not being at home when they performed their services. I have to say now I believe it's a blessing that I don't have to be present. I still get the text that they are enroute and the communication when they have completed the job. I am very glad I put my trust in them to do what I need them to do. It's really hard to tell when they've been out to do the job as far as the work area. They are clean and efficient. They take pictures to show they were at my house, which I appreciate. I look forward to our continued working relationship. I highly recommend them for all homeowner needs.

I’ve been using Ned’s Steven’s service for years and I am very happy with all their services. First of all, they are very reasonable, price wise. Secondly, their work is excellent. And they are always on time. I’ve had my gutters replaced and cleaned, my roof, fence and house soft washed and every job was done thoroughly and well. The workers are very professional too. I will continue to use Ned Steven’s Home moving forward.

First time user after trying to call a different recommended company and learning it was acquired by Ned's Home. Scheduled the service for gutter cleaning and was informed they would come in about two weeks. The next day I receive a text while at work that they would be arriving in 5 minutes! Quick response but no allowance for preparation related to our dog. I called to let them know that without prior notice, my dog would be accessing the yard. Customer Support communicated that the team was already on site and the job could not be cancelled. Overall job was done well, despite the concerns. Crew was extremely quick and able to complete job. My preference would be for more notice (although I was informed that Ned's Home does NOT give either 1 day notice or 30 minute courtesy windows).
Finally, no photos were provided if the completed job until I called Ned's Home to ask if they did that. A photo was provided by email of our house and our house (which had nothing to do with the completed job). Overall, I will most likely try another company first before returning to Ned's Home.

The work still meeds to be supervised. One downspout blockage not identified until I pointed out. One downspout blockage wasn’t noticed even the water came out from the middle section of the downspout. I feel it needs supervision and check every work to ensure quality.
