I’ve used this service several times in the past, and I’m sure I’ve written a detailed review. Always excellent work and exceptional service is all I’ll say for lack of time. I am about to contact for service soon, and surprised my review wasn’t here.
I used this business several months ago, and I’m contacting them again now in Nov. This will be my second or third time this year, and I expect no less than the best.

Luciana and the crew are hard-working people. They do a thorough job cleaning the house. They are flexible and friendly. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

Horrible cleaning and customer service. I hired them to deep clean before moving in. They arrived half an hour late and spent half the time arguing and yelling at each other. When they finished cleaning, the oven was still black, the dishwasher wasn't touched and toilets weren't cleaned properly either. I gently asked them to please go over it. Maria started yelling and screaming that I was too picky. She wiped her finger on the oven to prove a point. Chunks of black easily came up. She still refused to take responsibility. Worst of all they broke my custom blinds and insisted they were already broken. They were not. I tried to resolve my issues directly with the the company but they won't return my calls. I do not recommend that anyone use this company.

Luciana's team was amazing. They showed up on time and went right to work. I found them to be very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again.

I love this company!!!! They deserve 10 stars! I hired them to surprise my bestie because she works so hard and is always on the go. I live in southern virginia and was in maryland visiting so I took a gamble and found them using a google search. I could not have made a better choice!!!! I actually had the pleasure of speaking with Luciana when I booked the deep clean. Her customer service is outstanding, she is super sweet and responded extremely quickly. The girls were awesome, fast and thorough!!! I am so happy with the results!!! I will definitely use this service again!!!! I wish they had a location where I live!!

Luciana and her employee is a fabulous job. They did a move in clean for me and covered every nook and cranny of the house. It felt good moving into a house that was fresh and clean. No detail was left undone. I need to have them come back again.

I love Luciana's cleaning services. I have jumped around from several cleaning companies and Luciana beats them all! I have never been more satisfied with the cleaniness of my home. I'm not sure what Luciana does, but every time she cleans my home it stays very clean longer than usual. Luciana cleaning services has an excellent cleaning services. they work in team of 2 or 3 girls at each client's house. They are very professional in what they do. They really do a detailed cleaning. I really love the way they clean, especially my baths and my kitchen. They also do a very good job with my wood floors. they do the vaccuming and mop every corner of the house. I am very happy and pleased with their services. I really recommend them to my friends and neighbohood

I hired Luciana's company to do a deep clean of my father's house before we sold it as a part of his estate. My father had been a smoker, a cat owner, and a bachelor. To say that there was a a lot of work to be done is an understatement. Since I live out of state, I asked Luciana to send me photos of the cleaning and I was stunned by the detailed work they performed. They cleaned nooks and crannies I'd never even thought to ask about. They even moved the fridge! People touring the home left feedback that it was spotless. And that the kitchen was outdated, but very very clean. I can attest that this was not the case before Luciana and her crew did their work. Very reasonably priced for a very thorough cleaning. I am so grateful!
