Adam the technician was very professional and explained everything very clearly! They came out same day and took care of a bird that had started nesting in my kitchen vent. All is cleaned out and the vent is guarded now.

These guys were absolutely GREAT - they came to our townhome and attached their equipment - very professional and prompt - they did exactly what they said they would and sucked out all of the dust, and lint and other garbage from our vents, including a dead bird from the dryer vent. The technician seems to be very professional and I am very happy that I chose this company.

They seem to be nice people. It cost $360 to clean your dryer vent apparently if it has a clog. My dryer is in the basement and comes out below the kitchen. Beware.

Editing my review to say that I did not have any of the factors below described by the business. It seems a bit excessive that a clog can tac on an extra $225. My husband thought I approved this which is why he approved the work, I would not have. You all were available and were professional but I wanted to let people know my experience. If you need work done and do not care about pricing I would reccommend this company. Thank you for responding.

Air Duct Cleaning Mavens did mold remediation in my attic. I had installed solar panels a year ago and the company I hired to install the solar panel drilled inside the roof and it caused leaking to the attic. The wood in the attic was black and green. The technician did great job. The wood in the attic looked better than when I bought the house. I received 1 year warranty for the mold remediation. Super!

Representative was professional but charged full price for a sime inspection. They spent less than 15 minutes in my home. I was told during the appointment set up that they would use a brush to clean the dryer vent. That did not happen! Glad I canceled my request for Mavens to clean my Carpets.

We looked for dryer vent cleaning company in Laurel and found this company. They were able to schedule next day service and resolved an issue we had with the dryer vent. The technician climbed around 30 foot to remove a giant birds nest from the dryer vent. He filled a trash bag completely full. We also got dryer vent cover installed. Great service. Recommend

Terrible customer service. They promise you cleaning all Ducts, returns, vents, dryer vent for one price. They will call you and reschedule because the tech had issues at another job. Then they won’t show up. After the final time they reschedule they promise extra sanitation and cleaning of furnace and coil for the inconvenience. Then the tech shows up demanding double the 200 quoted already so the tech wanted to double charge 200 extra for a total of 400! No way that's crazy. I have done it before with pronation of half that price.

Just book any other company than this one! There unprofessional and unreliable! Just say NO! They will tell you anything and once they arrive it’s an entire different up-sell. Not worth the hassle or headache!
