They just refused us service for something stupid after using them for over a decade. Try for yourself but I wouldn't recommend this company to someone I hated.

Called this company to fix a water heater problem and they basically refused to fix the problem because I do not get heating oil from them.

We really love this company. The service is the best we have ever had and we have been on oil heat since 2001. I highly recommend them.

Calling customers before 7 am on a bank holiday is not good business practice.

Would never ever recommend this fuel company, ordered fuel on Wed, was told would be there Thur or Fri, you guessed it no fuel, called Sat morning was told fuel would be here Mon morning, you guessed right again no fuel, here it is Wed and still no fuel, called and cancelled fuel order. Went with a company that comes when they tell you. So BEWARE of Laruel Fuel, terrible company!!!!!

Without a doubt, the best oil company we have ever dealt with. Impeccable service. I highly recommend them.

They were good in getting oil to us in a bind but trying to get a consistent filling, timely responses, a repair and up to date technology seems to be a challenge for them. They don't seem to want new business unfortunately.

Great company! They are always responsive. Excellent at servicing furnace without always saying, "Oh, you need a new system." Definitely the best around.

I am new to Maryland and was referred to this company by someone locally. I've never heated with oil in the past so I've had to call at least 3 times since May for clarifications. When calling today for refilling, I asked questions for future needs. I was spoken over, down to and yelled at. I advised the rep of the disrespectfulness of his communication. However, he continues. To avoid escalating the issue and getting a resolution, I asked to speak with someone else 3 times. When finally sent to someone else, I was immediately met with a harsher and disregarding tone. I asked if this was the way all customers were treated and this person replied no just ignorant ones. This was the last straw for me. I found out this was the owner. Needless to say I've found another company. Even if the price increases, I will not be subjected to such disrespect. Worst experience EVER!

I have never had poor service from Laurel Fuel Oil's delivery service. My gripe is the cost of heating oil in Montgomery County. There is little competition here and our heating oil price is the highest in the country.

Why is this?

Congress just tripled the tax rate for heating oil in one year and no body said boo. I bought a wood stove and saved by only having to fill my tank once this winter, but it still bugs me that our heating oil price is higher than road diesel in this very area and the only other company who delivers here is Burtonsville Fuel Oil and it's the same price as Laurel. I understand companies having to make a profit but I feel we are being ripped off....

Great service!! I needed some fuel on an emergency one-time basis and they were one of the few that would help because we didn't have an ongoing contract. They were also the cheapest we found, and would have come out the same day if we needed but we said the next day was fine, and they were here by 9:00 am the next day and got us what we needed.

Worst experience ever! The person sent to fuel our tank was rude and RACIST. My elderly father asked him to please remove his filthy shoes because I have a 15 month old and he plays on the carpet and he refused. I called the company to ask for this persons name and the representative over the phone, Rob, would not provide me with a name. Asked me that if I had a problem with him too, another rude disrespectful and unpleasant individual. I regret doing business with them. There are plenty of fuel companies in the area.
