I am so impressed with Laurel Fuel Oil and Heating. They responded immediately to the needs of our Buddhist Temple when other providers of fuel oil were not able to say when they could deliver oil. Laurel Fuel Oil said, "we could deliver today." We were in an emergency situation due to a once in 30 year snow Storm and burning fuel at a rate we had never burned it before! We've switched to Laurel Fuel Oil and Heating and look forward to a good business relationship with them.

Amazing customer service. Our heat went out this morning, called Laurel Fuel and our tank was filled and our heat was back on within 2 hours - during the coldest week of the year so far and a very busy time. Debbie, at the office was very kind and communicative. The tech who came out was prompt, kind and ended up filling up our entire tank in the same visit to prevent us having to wait another day. Highly recommend Laurel Fuel.

Josue is very knowledgeable and professional. He installed a heat pump for me and was very fast and clean in his install. When he left you couldn't even tell that he had ever been there. I highly recommend his company and would tell my friends and family the same.

Josue from Air Innovation LLC came to my house to take a look at my cooling system because it was blowing hot air. He promptly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a time to fix it. He seemed very honest, friendly, respectful, and my favorite part is that he clearly explained what he was doing and what he found. The pricing was reasonable and I quickly got a digital receipt detailing the work. I also had a service record with the parts and labor warranty. Josue was referred to me and I will continue sending people to his business. Great company. Thank you, Josue/Air Innovation LLC!!!

Mr. Wade did an amazing job on my hvac unit. He came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Not only was he good but he also took less time then the previous company I had used. His pricing was very reasonable and he took the time to educate me about my old unit and the new one he installed. I highly recommend!

The team arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the installation. Work space was tight but Richard didn't let that faze him. It was humid! and yet the condenser installer did the work efficiently. This team was awesome. Despite a torrential downpour and thunder in the distance, they cleaned up completely. After a brief explanation of how the system worked, and the new Nest thermostat (woohoo!), they were off after a long workday. It was much appreciated, guys.

I am not the type to write reviews, however we had such an exceptionally negative experience that I feel compelled to warn others of the potential dangers of using the company.

We needed an air conditioning repair during some of the hottest months of summer and it took nearly 6 weeks for them to complete the work, mainly due to the fact they no showed to their own scheduled appointments at least 5 different times. The customer service team was never able to get in touch with their own dispatch services and we never received call-backs with promised updates. When they did show to appointments, they were often several hours outside the provided window. I can be sympathetic to summer being a busy time, but the lack of communication was astonishingly disruptive to our schedules. And I know that after I leave a negative review, there will probably be a comment asking me to text a number, but given that they never called back any of the times they promised to, I won’t even bother.

Additionally, the technician was incredibly unprofessional, requiring us to help move large appliances in our household to access a water supply. At one point, the technician almost dropped our clothes dryer onto my arm, risking serious bodily injury. He also used an old hose for a task and leaked water throughout our space, damaging several belongings. Furthermore, the technician made judgmental comments regarding our decorations and interests and, at times, would loudly expressed frustration and curse, creating an uncomfortable environment in our space throughout the day.

The company also never took any accountability for this behavior or the inconvenience that scheduling and no-showing for appointments placed our ability to live comfortable in our space during heat waves, often talking down to us as we attempted to express the challenges we’ve experienced using their services. The price of the “service” given this conduct and the fact the AC unit was still under warranty was also exorbitant.

I sincerely hope the positive reviews on this page are real, but I simply cannot imagine how anyone could possibly have had a positive experience with this company given our ordeal. Please stay safe and go with another company if you can.

Do NOT use ARS or sign any maintenance agreement with them I repeat! They will upsell you and be quick to take your money but when it’s time to cancel, will lie and avoid you. I signed up for their maintenance agreement which I did not use, I called back within an hour asking to cancel and stating why, they said ok that they would do it. It’s been 3 phone calls later and 4 days and no one has called me or emailed me no have the agreement been canceled. The manager of the technician I spoke to also tried to upsell me an item, you need to be smart to catch them. His pitch smelled quite disingenuous and lacked integrity, it was nauseating. I was being by charged $2,314 to replace a blower motor that was under warranty (means no charge for parts). This outrageous $2,314 was just for labor. You’ve been warned. Go elsewhere.

ARS's real time communication is great! The Tech William M. was outstanding! Provided important detailed feedback from his inspection, and most importantly, an HONEST assessment.

I had Bill Moore out to my home to fix my heat. With my unit being 21 years old i know it needs to be replaced but luckily Bill was able to get it it up and running in no time! He also gave me other recommendations like getting tuneups regularly and that my unit does have to be replaced in the near future. Excellent customer service and easy to talk to will definitely recommend him to other family and friends

We have had them out twice in a month. They have been very efficient. They were able to clearly let us know what the possible issues were and gave us options to choose from. After the first visit they let us know if there were any issues to call back within the 30 days and it was covered. Truly appreciate their diligence and clear communication.

To say that we are unhappy with ARS of Laurel is an understatement. Over the last several years we have purchased two new systems for our home and spent more than $20K with them. Both systems have required multiple (5+) maintenance calls for NEST thermostats that don’t work, and which they recommended. The technicians that they have sent are routinely unfamiliar with the equipment.

In addition, we purchased their Pro Plan, which includes preventive maintenance services. It has been impossible to have that maintenance service performed because ARS of Laurel regularly cancels their appointments the day of! To be clear, as of February 2026 we have not had our fall 2025 maintenance performed because ARS of Laurel has cancelled our appointments the day of three times! In talking with their operators and their resolution staff, they just don’t care, and they don’t want to resolve their issues. I recommend you find another company.

Our furnace is broken. A technician came to our house on 2/2/26 to do a diagnostic and told us that the heating kit in our 2 year old furnace needs to be replaced and the part would have to be ordered. Manager told us the part would take 5-7 business days. I put a $400+ deposit down as a guarantee that that they would come fix it. We are now almost 4 weeks out with NO communication about the part or when our furnace will get fixed. It is WINTER and we have two small children in the home. I keep calling ARS and being told the part is "under order" which at this point just seems like false information. I am not being given an ETA as to when the part will come in or when our furnace will get fixed.

UPDATE: 4 weeks after original diagnostic: after multiple calls they informed me they had a spare heat kit they could install and they assured me it was in fact the same part that was needed for my furnace, they sent a technician, and guess what it was the WRONG part.

LIARS. SCAMMERS. our heat stopped working this week and i have 10 month old twins and they came out and said we needed a whole new furnace. said the heat exchanger was bad, blower wasnt working, leaking oil. i asked the ARS diagnostic guy to check the thermostat and all he did was look at it and say it was fine. they charged a $119 diagnostic fee just to lie about the issue. Said it will cost over $8,000 to replace the furnace. Had another guy come today(on his day off) and after checking everything, no leaks, nothing. he said it was a bad thermostat, the furnace is working fine! replaced our thermostat for $170 and now we have heat again within 40 minutes just in time for the snow and cold coming this weekend!
