5 Stars for Maryland Tree Experts. Today (Dec 2025) the team trimmed 5 white oak trees, removed 1 Pine Tree, and removed 1 Scarlet Oak (easily 50+). It started with a very knowledgeable and professional assessment by Eamonn who listened intently to my wishes. Then the highly professional crew of 7, led by Brian, arrived just after 7am and were complete by lunchtime. They were quick and professional, moved with efficiency, cleaned up as they went, and in the end left no trace that they had been here. Maryland Tree Experts ARE your first choice for all your arborists needs. They have my highest recommendation.

I was told on the phone that the firewood was seasoned. It's nice hardwood but it was not quite seasoned long enough to pay top dollar. Also, I would like to add that most wood stoves used for heating are not wide enough to accommodate the length of some of these logs. I'd like to suggest that they cut a bit shorter if you are looking for repeat customers on the firewood market. Overall, this was no bargain.

I used Maryland Tree Experts to remove an 80-90 foot tall oak tree and trim back another just-as-tall sycamore. I had a fantastic experience. They came recommended by a friend and showed up for an estimate about 30 minutes after I first called yesterday. Estimate was much less than I expected, and since they came highly recommended by my friend, I agreed to move forward. There were at my house the this morning right on time. They moved incredibly efficiently, and got the job done fast without sacrificing quality or safety. I was in awe watching them navigate this work. Both trees hung over my roof, and not once did anything they cut come even close to hitting the house (my biggest concern). And not only did they remove the tree I called about, but they also took care of a large dead section of another tree at no extra charge, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and I'm fairly sure my yard is cleaner now than before they started. I’m extremely impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and skilled tree removal!

What a great experience with MTE! We had two large oaks removed. From the time I called for an estimate to the time the trees came down was 5 days! Aaron gave me a price that by far beat the three other quotes I got. I was skeptical of the price and quick turn around but Oscar’s #9 crew was professional, friendly, and respectful. I loved watching them work so efficiently. The stump grinding crew was just as great. Next time I need trees taken down they will be my first call!

MTExperts are just that, Experts! This team was so proficient and cut huge trees that were in close proximity to my house. I was amazed at the skill level of precision needed for such a job. Bundle Price was very reasonable for the amount of trees they cut for me. Service was quick.and included clean up. I am more than happy to rate this company Five Stars!!

They made a lot of promises. That they could not achieve. Left my yard a wreck. And said oh well. Smashed 36' of our fence. This price was good. But we also got what we paid for. I would not recommend the in tight spaces. Read the fine print at the bottom the the estimate. I would only recommend using the to drop trees in an open field.

Albert and his crew took down a massive 150-foot tree deep in the woods, and the work they did was absolutely incredible. This wasn't just any tree--it was towering, wide, and surrounded by thick brush and rough terrain. Just getting to it was a challenge, but the crew handled everything with skill and precision from start to finish.

They brought down each branch with care, lowering them safely to protect the surrounding trees. When the massive trunk finally came down, it was powerful, controlled, and safe.

What impressed me most was their teamwork. Every crew member had a purpose--guiding ropes, clearing brush, and staying in perfect sync. They turned what looked like an impossible, dangerous job into something smooth and professional.

Crew was awesome! Kind, hard working and super friendly. They cleaned up well and I would recommend their services to anyone. We were blessed to have them here today.

I needed a lot of trees trimmed around my house (some growing between my power lines, a few branches hitting my roof, some branches covering my driveway, and my entire backyard). Maryland Tree Experts came out Thursday night to give me a quote. I planned on having at least 3 quotes before making my decision. MTE were by far the most professional, most knowledgeable, and most flexible to work with. I reached out to them Friday night before I even received the other 2 quotes and was able to work a deal with them. They had a team ready that showed up Saturday morning at 8am on the dot ready to work. There was a small communication hiccup that was quickly resolved by Hugo and my property came out stunning. I would highly recommend the team over at MTE for any landscaping work. They even went around my fence line to trim back all of the unwanted brush and make the yard look way bigger than I ever thought. They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and a very good job.

Brandon and crew 16 at Maryland Tree Experts did an outstanding job trimming my top-heavy Bradford pear tree. They trimmed it exactly as I wanted. Clean up was thorough and the price was very competitive.

Late review, nonetheless relevant. In December of 2025, I did some "shopping around" for licensed tree experts that could remove a dead tree & beautiful split trunk tree in my backyard. I landed with MD Tree Experts & so happy that I did! Aaron & his team made the process seamless for me & were efficient, all while being safe. I should mention customer service was top notch & the turn around time was good as well. I'd definitely recommend & use this company for future projects

I am very happy how amazing Maryland Tree Experts were in helping me with tree removal, tree pruning, and stump grinding. The sales rep, Michael, was absolutely the best—friendly, outgoing, courteous, and very respectful of my property. He came out to inspect the tree, explained everything that would be involved in the process, and the very next morning the crew was here getting to work.

The team was extremely nice and worked hard to remove and prune the trees just as discussed. They also grinding the stump, cleaned up all the wood chips, and made sure everything looked perfect when they were done. What really impressed me was how respectful they were of my property—they took great care to protect my grass and left everything spotless.

We have used them a couple of months ago for our side yard, and they did such an amazing job. The crew had taken out 5 - 7 trees in less than 3 hours. We called them yesterday for a quote for our backyard, they showed up today and went to work. Best price around and very professional. We really want to thank you guys.

What a fantastic crew and service. They arrived promptly at 8:00 and were finished by 11:00. The seven man crew got to work immediately. They removed all the trees that were agreed to. Cleanup was amazing. These professionals thoroughly raked all remnants of their work and then some. When they finished, you couldn't tell that they had been here, except for the missing trees. My neighbors and I were quite impressed with the caliber of their work. They were friendly and kept me appraised of their progress. I would highly recommend them. At least one neighbor has now contracted with them. Good price, great service and excellent results.

We had a large tree removed from the corner of our house. When I contacted Maryland Tree Expects, they responded quickly and professionally. My communications with Aaron were prompt and efficient. The day of the removal, the crew was actually ahead of schedule. They worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what to do and when. They cleaned the site of all debris. I would recommend Maryland Tree Expects to anyone.

Sadly had to take out massive pin oak in back yard. MTE came out swiftly, and were definitely experts at tackling huge tree in a small space. The crew was amazing Johnathan the project manager was responsive. It took me some time to move wood chips and when I did there was a portion of trunk left that had gone unnoticed.I contacted them (was nervous they would not come) but they came out in a few days to finish grinding. We had 2 dead red oak trees. Brendon and his group (#16) arrived promptly and took down both trees without having to drive equipment into our yard, which spared our yard of extreme damage possibility. They unfortunately ran into an issue with a tree chipper but in a very timely manner were able to secure another one. They cut all the wood and stacked it where we asked and cleaned our yard of any and all debris. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to remove trees. Maryland tree service did an excellent job with our large pine tree trimming! They were quick and clean up was great! Very pleased with their work - will use them again.
