David and his team did an exceptional job cleaning our vents and air ducts. We were shocked at how dirty they were (see a before image attached). They thoroughly cleaned every single air vent in the house, in addition to other services we asked them to do. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Quick service honest up front pricing. There was no haggling of number of vents or returns how big is the house. Just what system do you have here is our price. 10x better than other options in our area. Our tech Marty L. Is top notch. Professional, kind, and clean(in the sense that there was 0 debris left behind). Marty was on time to our appointment laid out exactly what he was going to do and where he would start and got to work. Assisted in changing filter out and cleared up anything from vents to ducts. Marty is very professional and proficient absolutely recommend pure air and if you can get Marty I promise he will take care of the entire thing and answer any question!

I had my dryer duct cleaned. Two gentlemen arrived within the time frame given. They were very polite and went right to work. I paid what was quoted and will recommend this company.

Arrived 2 hours late with no communication. Called the office for an update on eta and only got their voicemail and no call back. I got a text from the tech 40 minutes after the scheduled window with an eta.

Service wasnt done to completion nor to the quality I expected. Didnt clean out every vent, per described service, upon inspection after the tech left. Didnt clean the returns either. left a lot of dirt around the floor vents in the basement and debris in other areas.

I would highly recommend hiring another company.

UPDATE 10/16/25:
Called back for the 100% guarantee service. Not the best customer service experience. Got mostly berated for leaving this honest review and didnt want to hear about my experience with my service. Initially only offered to have the original tech come back to repeat the service despite my clear insistence to have a different tech complete the service. I simply wanted a new tech to complete the service to 100% like i paid for originally and have no problem waiting for the next to be available during the hours I can be home for.. The call ended with them rudely stating they'll leave a note saying I wanted a different tech and hung up on me without scheduling a new appointment.

UPDATE 11/17/25:

New crew came today to reclean my ductwork. Much more satisfied with the work and professionalism of this crew. Arrived with 3 workers who quickly looked over the house, got to work with little fuss and were far more thorough, faster and cleaner than the first guy I was sent. They cleaned all of the ducts, not just the several the first tech didnt do. I'm satisfied with the work completed and this resolution, though the experience i had with the extremely rude receptionist will likely keep me from returning to them for another service.

Service was friendly and efficient, they sent three guys to do the job so it went fast. Ducts are noticeably cleaner and I feel like we can all breathe better. Definitely recommend for people with allergies. Thank you!

Isaac and Melvin were awesome! They cleaned my dryer vent inside and out, quickly and efficiently! They were also very courteous and polite. Just be certain that you are aware that $89 is the cost for a basic 8 foot or less lint cleaning. Anything over 8 feet in length is $10 every additional foot. Any blockages, like a bird nest, cost an additional $150 to be removed. $69 is the basic fee to have them install a dryer vent cover. Thank you Pure Air!

Highly recommend Pure Air. If I could give 100 stars I would! Excellent customer service from the initial call to schedule service. The team that came out to do the duct cleaning were professional, efficient and were great at communicating with me. I really love that they work on the weekends making them even more service friendly.

Pure Air came recommended from my HVAC company. They were extremely professional and responsive. Our tech David kept us updated every step of the way and I was very happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

Most of my vents were put on upside down, my dryer vent was still dirty, and many of my vents now need to be fixed since the drywall somehow fell apart when they unscrewed the vents. Good price, but I won't use the company again.

Edit: I was contacted by the professional that cleaned my vents. It was incredibly nice that he offered to fix whatever was wrong, and truly wanted to make it right. While I won't take him up on the offer, it was a very nice gesture. I'll call a contractor to fix the drywall and ensure that the vents are flush to the walls.

Asi and his team were great. Arrived early, were done quickly, totally reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anybody with a dryer vent light going off or who just know its been too long since you've had your ducts cleaned.

Asi and his team were terrific! Hazardous climb over rhododendrons to get to the dryer vent above the second floor bathroom window did not deter them and the successfully removed a birds nest that was blocking the vent. Overall, very happy with their work!

While I appreciated the technicians’ professionalism and knowledge during the actual service, I believe that the company could improve its communication regarding service eligibility and appointment requirements. Proper annotation on sales receipts and clearer instructions for customers would help prevent misunderstandings in the future. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with the service provided during the appointment but hope to see improvements in the scheduling and documentation process.

Company had truck and personnel problems my first appointment and waited a full day till I was notified .The techs were not coming, bummer. Next appointment tecks on time courtious, efficient and did the job without a problem. I did get an up charge for extra work not on contract. House's heat and cool efficiency should increase.

My bill went from 400 to 2200.00. And they broke my light cover and didn't clean a return grill. They also didn't show me a before and after of any ducts to show how bad they were.
I call the head person of the crew he said that is oil can be power washed or replaced. If you took it down knowing it was dirty why not pick up one when you left to get 3 grills to replace the ones on the floor.
This crew only job is to up sale and not do a good job for 2200.00 dollars. He told me my UV light was the cheapest UV light to put in a HVAC. And explained to me he has the best one on the market which was 1200 more to my quote.
Well guest what the crew didn't know where to install it they cut two additional holes in my unit see photos of before and after.
Finally the head person of the crew sent me two text messages saying I am just mad.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

Worst experience ever! The technicians were great once they arrived and they did a good job but from calling and setting up the appointment was horrible. They rescheduled me 3 times, then gave wrong information about the 3 different packages. It seem like nobody was on the same page. I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone.
