I had air duct cleaning today. Overall the cleaning was fine. I scheduled the for the silver packge and then I upgraded to the platinum package. They forgot to clean the dryer and they were rushing to go to the next job. They seem to luck professionalism too. They keep forgetting things and when I tell them, they said I always tell them at the end. Then when I tell them while they were working, they said I was telling them how to do their job and asked me if I want to work for them. They were fine at the beginning. At the end, they start rushing and forgetting/ not finishing works. I believe their main issue was the rushing to go to the next job. I don't recommend to upgrade package if they will rush. It's better not ask for upgrades if there is no enough time. With me the work after the upgrade was rushed and poorly done.

Pure Air Duct cleaning is a class act business. They are extremely accommodating and communicative. They thoroughly cleaned my hvac ducts and dryer vent. I will absolutely be using their service again.

Two technicians cleaned our dryer vent. I called the company on Wednesday and they were available to come out the next morning. They did an excellent and very thorough job. They also did a great job disposing of the debris from the dryer. I’d definitely use their services again in the future. Thanks much!

Let me start out with this company is very dishonest the quote one price and they charge you double the price. My Story starts with I call them to get my air ducts cleaned in a house that was on the market. Then there was more detected and they gave me a quote of $4200. I told him I’ll shop the price which I was able to find for a cheaper price so when settlement came, it turned out the company that I hired did not do air duct cleaning so I called pure air for their special which is 399. I explained the situation I told him the house is going to settlement with someone else and that I just need the air ducts cleaned at the time. There was an escrow put in my name for them to get the air ducts clean. They contact me when they’re on their way. They contact me when the job was finished and they contacted me with the price is which I did not agree to. I talked to the secretary where the accountant office there lady was extremely nice but she was just being nice because she’s trying to get information. She told me that I would not be liable for because I did not sign for it. The person who owns a house sign for it. Three weeks later I get a notice that it’s been paid for. I did not authorize the service they did not give me the service that I asked for in the price was $1890. That’s far from being 399. Yes because the people that purchased a house okayed for other services to be done, but they did not OK it for me, but I got charged so no, I’m not happy with this company whatsoever. I would not highly recommend it. Their prices are all over the place. They quoted me one price then they quoted the new owners a different price now and they only had a $2000 budget so yes I’m not impressed with the company and I would not recommend this company to no one. Watch your pockets.

They took lots of pictures to show what was in our vents, however they did not vacuum out some of our vents and they didn’t do our dryer duct. They tried to upsell us to get mold treatment for $1k but didn’t do a mold test, and they weren’t removing what they said was mold, just spraying something. I have a toddlers so I didn’t want to spray chemicals into our air supply that there is not much research on. There was “mildew” on our vent covers in the basement, which we replaced. The an attached pictures were one of the vents that I found after they left. Didn’t appreciate them telling us how dirty our ducts were and saying when’s the last time you had these cleaned. We had just moved into our house and we were aware of how dirty our house was left by the previous owners.

It was two people team and the head technician was very knowledgeable. The job took an hour which was dryer vent cleaning inspite of lot of snow and ice that was around the outside space they worked. They did a thorough job. Thank you !

Service : got the platinum package - had to reschedule because they did not show on the day that I was scheduled for. Every wall that they touched has some sort of paint damage. One vent has actual wall damage. Never received before and after pictures. HVAC filters continue to collect a tremendous amount of dust days after. Can’t say they did a good job because home still fills full of dust. Would not recommend and will not be using this company again.

I was very happy with David and his crew with Pure Air. They communicated with me through the whole process from scheduling to completion. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. David presented me with various cleaning options based on the appearance of my ducts but he never pressured me. Although I signed up for the Platinum service I'm happy I went a step above and went with the extreme cleaning. I was presented before and after pictures. I was amazed at the amount of dirt they pulled from my ducts and HVAV system. I highly recommend Pure Air

Called for a cleaning. They told me the chimney had problems that made it unsafe to use, and that they don't perform the service to repair. I also had a small plant sticking on the top of the chimney I thought they would clean off while they were here but they did not.

Professional, prompt & on time, and fair value.

My wife and I COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED with the outstanding work executed by Mark and his professional staff.
We needed 3 interior chimneys on our 1800's farm house rebuilt. In addition to this, 2 of the chimneys had been partially filled with concrete by the previous owner.
The crew encountered a number of unanticipated complications yet, never yielded in their efforts to render our chimneys safe and functional. The crew stayed on the job longer than initially planned in order to get the job done. Other companies may have left and come back at a later date, but not Mark & Buttons. The crew was honest at every juncture when explaining the work needed and the associated costs.
My wife and I work nights; myself at the fire department and she in an emergency room. Additionally, we have a 3 month old. I mention this as the entire crew made countless efforts to be as quiet as possible, despite the physical demands of the job.

Mark and Buttons were able to squeeze me in, despite a tight schedule, and remove a dead squirrel from my chimney. They were courteous, professional, and funny too! They seem to be passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work. They were very clear and thorough about the diagnostics on my chimney and furnace flus and I learned me a few things about how to maintain them better.
