One year old heater installed by this company and motor has stopped working already. Hefty charge for the labor to repair. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.

The technician (Eric L.) was the paragon of professionalism. He carefully explained what needed my attention and why with cost options. He even told me to order my filters online to cut costs; this was appreciated. I would recommend this service technician at every visit.

Glenn A from Farnen and Dermer came to our house to perform maintenance on 2 air conditioners and installed surge protectors on both. He did a great job!! We are forever grateful for this company’s knowledgeable employees and service.

Sunday our AC went out. Monday morning Glenn arrived and had it up and running in a remarkably short amount of time. Really nice, straightforward, down to Earth guy. Watched him work. We are officially done with the big guys, one of which told me they could have someone there on July 14th. 3 weeks without AC ? No thanks. It's Glenn and F&D for us from now on.

It was very easy to set up an appointment and we were able to get to scheduled ASAP. Glenn came out and helped us. He was awesome! He went above and beyond to explain his work. He treated us like family. Would recommend them 100%.

I hired this company to install my last HVAC, which lasted 18 years. So, its only logical to hire them to replace it. The crew arrived and finished in a timely manner. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

John came out to our house today for our annual HVAC tune up to get ready for the summer. He was on time, thorough, and quick in servicing our unit. We have been using Farnen & Dermer now for a few years and we only wish we found them sooner. Great job John!
