He was really informative and knowledgeable on what we needed, which demonstrated expertise and trust. I’m so glad my home is improved from his help. He was very sweet and a very hard worker. While it was quite pricey, he educated me on the process and showed me where the problem was. This was definitely a hard job. If you can afford it, get your ducts cleaned. I highly recommend this company!

Jonathon is so amazing! He came into a stressful situation where we were told we needed to replace our unit and his 2nd opinion saved us thousands! He was so thorough and honest and was able to do a full cleaning and fixed it just a week later. The next day, we had some issues (unrelated to his work) and he was at our house to fix it for us literally 30 minutes after we called him! Amazing worker and so, so kind!

Issac did a fantastic job with making sure my home smelled fresh after having huge fire next door to me. He came on time and ready to work. I have small children under the age of 8 and we really needed this. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was extremely satisfied with this company, Fresh Air Ducts. Isaac went above my expectations. He also provided before and after pictures. Isaac was Professional and friendly, and I received a reasonable price. I also received a new dryer vent hose within the price that I was very satisfied with. I highly recommend Isaac. Isaac did a great job cleaning our ducts and furnace. He was straight up about pricing and gave us options. During the process he gave us before and after pictures. He carefully took off All the vents, and then put them back. He even gave us recommendations for keeping the HVAC system clean long-term. Highly recommend!

Ok let me start this review with I had originally left this business a 2 stas, which was completely unwarranted I just didn't understand the processes and how Izhak Was trying to explain it to me . Then this lovely woman named Dina reached out to me after I left my review and offered to provide the full comprehensive cleaning at the silver price just to win back my business and let me tell you, not only have they won back my business they will be getting referrals from me they are super knowledgeable, Dina is a sweetheart who has excellent customer service skills they rescheduled it for me at the lower tiered price but to do the full comprehensive cleaning and sanitation when Izhak Came back for that service he did an excellent job taking before and after pictures showing black mold in my system guiding me through why the silver package would not fulfill what I was seeking and requested that I pay him nothing; to which I refused still gave him 220 bucks which is well under what that service cost but it's what I could afford at the time with my wife and I being new home owners and are expecting a baby in the very new future I will be using this company every six to 8 months and look forward to sending them referrals and building a partnership with them. if I could give more stars I would. Mind you that last photo of the air filter from the handler was put in a week and a half ago after he cleaned the vents that's what it looked like there was black mold and with having a baby on the way in the next couple weeks this has given my family peace of mind so I plan on recommending this business to anybody and everybody I come across Izhak, Dina - Keep up the good work in the excellent customer service you deserve all the success that comes your way

Jonathan came 2 hours early! And killed it! Our dryer and dryer duct hadn't been cleaned in like 6 years and its super clean now the before and after photos shook me. Very professional and courteous. Very reasonable prices, and service was quick and easy. Definitely will be a return customer.
