We shopped around. We talked to a lot of installers and considered a variety of manufacturers. So I know we got great value. What we didn't expect, but what Advanced gave us, was incredible and personable customer service. I can't say enough positive things about their sales staff and their installers. if you're considering any HVAC work at your home, please be sure to call Advanced.

They where straight and upfront with price and very efficient. Did the inspection and sreviced my furnace in a timely manner. GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM

I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling. Rob, my service technician, is always very professional and polite. He is also very knowledgeable and always does a great job.

WE HAVE USED ADVANCED HEATING & COOLING FOR A LONG TIME . AND ITS THE ONLY COMPANY FOR US.THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ALSO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING SERVICES. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCED HEATING & COOLING .WE ARE ALWAYS SATISFIED .

As part of installing geothermal, they took out some air conditioning units and never closed the holes, so water poured into the crawlspace when it rained. They never took responsibility. They don't answer emails or phone calls.

On the hottest day of the summer our AC stopped working in our office building. I called Advance Heating & Cooling and spoke with Cordnie she was so nice and very professional . I explained our problem and ask if some one could come out ASAP. She checked with service and returned my call stating that they could be out the next morning at 8am. The tech Mike Penn arrived on time and was extremely professional, considerate, personable, and diligent at solving the AC problem. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. We have used different HVAC vendors over many years to provide service and installation at our office buildings with mixed results. We now use Advanced at all our properties.
It is been a relief to find a company that is consistently outstanding over several years. We depend on them and have never been disappointed. This doesn't mean they are perfect, but they are always responsive. HVAC is the number one issue effecting the satisfaction of our tenants and Advance helps us keep our tenants happy.
They have also done a great job on some large and complex installations!

We absolutely love the ductless heat/air system we recently had installed. Steve, our installer, did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about the product, went over different codes with my husband, and even sent us pictures since we were not able to be there during the actual install. In other words, Steve went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this company.

So disappointing that I received such a negative attitude and was refused to even speak to someone about a donation. No donation is ever expected but someone being kind and at least passing the request on the the head of the company is not difficult. As for Great HVAC services-- there are some great options without considering this business!

Charged me a arm and a leg for something that didn't even work they were supposed to call me back and months later not even a call back.. I would not recommend 😐

They over charge ALOT and that's why will never gives an estimate. They charge hourly which is $98.00 (not bad) but a job that can be done with in an hour will take 5 hours. Technician was on phone for an hour to order for the part, Took 1.5 hours to get the part, 30 mins again on phone to get the itemized billing (which I did not requested), they just want to increase the bill amount. They charge a 40% profit on the parts on top of hourly rate of technician plus $ 60 trip charge. I paid more than $ 600 for a simple pipe connector change. Go to other companies that gives a full estimate for the job. Save your money and don't go to them.

We have worked with Ambassador on multiple jobs and they are always top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always make sure we are satisfied with the work. Their work is always clean and seamless. We will continue to use them for future projects. Thank you!!!

We have used Ambassador several times in the past few years for replacement and installation of malfunctioning parts related to our furnace and air conditioning unit. Recently they provided us free plumbing advice as well to resolve a leak in our bathroom over the phone. They have always been friendly, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend , and have become the first call we make whenever we have an HVAC or plumbing issue.
