From the moment I called and spoke with the receptionist I felt like a valued customer. I have had Ambassador Services out to my home several times for different repairs. Tony, my technician always communicated and was on time. Tony was also very respectful of my home, wearing shoe coverings and worked neat and cleanly. Tony explained everything that he needed to do to correct our problems. I always recommend Ambassador Services to my friends and family.

I’ve used Ambassador for jobs big and small, including boiler repairs, new hot water heater, and new AC unit. They’re always very friendly and professional, and in several cases have been able to repair issues on the very same day I called. I trust them and would recommend!

Thank you Ambassador for being an honest company that does great work right the first time! Your technician was extremely courteous and on time -- and had the parts needed to service my 2-zone HVAC on the hottest of days. He assessed the problem, ran additional checks to be sure, and had the house cooling down in no time. This was especially important since I have respiratory allergies that can trigger asthma. If I ever need other services for my home you can bet I'm calling Ambassador first! Thanks so much.

The driver of this service van obviously has no respect for the disabled, he was asked to please move for the resident that the space was intended for, he refused to move as he was offloading his tools, if the rest of this company has the same attitude toward the disabled I would not recommend them to anybody,

We had our Heating tune up today and Randy Newkirk had outstanding service. Was punctual, quick, efficient, informative, and honest about the state of our heating system and any recommendations he made he gave a fair price and explanation of the benefits.

Akil, the tech, was absolutely amazing. From the communication to the moment he walked in the door, he was attentive and responsive. He did an amazing job to get us back up to speed. I have been using United for several years now and they are always my first call and never let me down.

Evan was awesome! Got my a/c up and running in no time. Evan was also very knowledgeable and gave some tips on my furnace as well. They are definitely my go to Air conditioner repair shop from here on out !

The young man David had my unit up and running within a few minutes. Was graceful that he came out after calling at 4:30 pm. He showed around 6 pm. That what I call quick service, on a Saturday even.

Paid 98 bucks to have them diagnose an issue with a leak on my low side service valve that was shown to me by a previous hvac tech so basically told me that was the issue and then tried to pitch me a new unit instead of fixing the issue as quickly as possible with a repair

I’ve worked with several technicians from this company for various plumbing and electrical issues, and each one has been consistently professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Not enough stars. I highly recommend United Air Temp.
