Tech. Evan has been a repeat technician of mine and I am happy with the service he has provided and his willingness to answer my questions every time.

Evan was on time, courteous and explained everything he did as he worked. I felt comfortable with him and would highly recommend him.

Evan was extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining the cause of our heating system issues. He was very courteous and professional.

If we could give 6 stars, we would. Our AC unit stopped working and our thermostat was giving an error. After trying to see if it was our nest, we ended up calling United Air Temp. Our system is under warentee with them. Evan came within 90 minutes and was able to diagnose that it was the switch, and he replaced it. Even though our fuse box was labeled terribly, he ran with the punches and went into our dark attic to fix the switch. Evan was awesome and we are so thankful he was able to fix our issue.

Evan it’s extremely professional and knowledgeable very courteous about your time it shows up does an excellent job and interest any questions that you have one of the best technicians we’ve ever had work in our home. Thank you Evan for a phenomenal job!!!

My heat broke as soon as temperature outside dropped to freezing. Technician called saying he will be in 15 min and he was at my door in 15 min. The experience was great and the price was reasonable.

The team with United Air temp is great/Evan, Francisco & the guys who installed the unit! They treated my home as if it was their own- they wore shoe covers & put covers down to protect carpet. They well worked together , explained how to use remote to the unit & the work was neatly done. Francisco called to check in to make sure all was good! Thank you Evan, Francisco & team!!! Yes, I would recommend these guys & use again😊

7/31/25- Evan called to advise he was on his way. He is always pleasant!! Evan & Rashed came today for a maintenance follow up. They did maintenance on the mini split, cleaned my dryer vent & checked my furnace. Evan is awesome & a great teacher!! Rashed- is definitely a keeper 😊. He is a great team player, listened to Evan & constantly asked questions. They both are professional, great attitudes & I will definitely recommend these two guys! Thank you, Rashed & Evan- awesome teamwork

11/4/25-Rashad returned today for regular maintenance. It was great to see him working alone & he is confident in the work he does(YAY)!!! He always has a great smile & professional. He advised me on all he was doing today & of course he changed my filter. He also advised my numbers were where they are supposed to be on the furnace (& that's great)! He provided advice on my shower & told me to call if I have issues going forward. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. Rashad keep up the good work. Yes, I will request him again!!!!

His diagnosis was very accurate and he immediately placed an order for the appropriate parts. Evan is a very professional and knowledgeable young man. He explained everything to me very thoroughly, using terms i understood. I really appreciated how he was on time and left my home (and the room that housed my furnace) exactly how he found it. I will be recommending United Air Temp to all my friends and family from now on.

Called Saturday evening at 6pm for heat not working. They sent tech- Dyami, to address. He arrived less than 2 hours later- 7:30pm… on a Saturday! He fixed the issue and left once heat was working again. But- heat went back out less than an hour later, I called UAT, they sent Dyami back, he returned abt an hour later, found another issue and fixed. Pls note- although furnace is less than 2 years old, I’ve had several problems w unit, including another repair from this past Thursday! I was very impressed w techs knowledge, problem solving skills, and professionalism. And the company- great customer service and extremely reasonable rates! I would definitely use United air temp again! Thank you Dyami.

Entitled staff driving beat up vans. Quality service & image are obviously not a priority

Worst company to work with. Their diagnostics are not the best and very laid back. Experienced delays in repairs due to incorrect ordering of replacement parts by AMC.
