My technician was on time,very professional and completed my service reasonably fast.

The service was amazing David was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My unit required special care so Francisco also came to help and shared his expertise with simple explanations so that I could understand the process. The repair could not be done in one day and we collaborate a time for the second day repair. Akil and David diligently and effortlessly took the time to finish and clean the HVAC, of a leaky pipe and cleaned the mess thereafter. I was able to sleep warm and cozy after days of minimal heat and stress of a high energy bill. I would highly recommend their services. To ease your mind and stay warm.

David was fast, thorough, on-time and knowledge. In addition to maintenance, I needed the coils chemically cleaned. David showed me what that meant and explain why it needed to be done. He enrolled me in one of their maintenance plans, which covered the cost of the cleaning, but also includes maintenance services for the rest of the year. Great job! I highly recommend!

As always, Evan came on time, made sure to make me aware of his arrival time leaving a Voicemail. Did the maintenance for the HVAC but also noticed an issue with the water heater pan filling up with water. Assessed the issue letting me know worse case scenario potentially may have to replace the water heater. However, he did a thorough assessment and noted it may be a PVC pipe clog. Flushed out and gave recommendations and explained his steps throughout. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Always appreciate his time and his company, United Air Temp.

The technician, David, came out within the advised time of arrival. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed and then diligently set about resolving the issue. This is the second time we have had United Air Temp come out and both times have been provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

I called about my A/C running continuously. The gentlemen showed up explained to me what was happening. They checked the refrigerant and it was a half a pound low. They replenished it and it works perfectly now. I didn't have to pay anything because I have their maintenance plan.

My experience was great. My tech was professional and friendly. He called prior to his visit, identified himself by phone and asked if I was available could he come sooner. Upon arrival he identified himself once again and gave the respect of covering his shoes prior to entry into my home. My Tech Mr. Evan was fantastic. He explained the importance of keeping furnace serviced.

My unit was installed today but the thermostat was not functioning properly and my home was not getting cooler. Evan came after his last call and did a thorough assessment and discovered my thermostat was the culprit. He was quick, courteous and efficient and resolved the issue with a new thermostat. This company is excellent i call them and within 2 hours they sent a technician and he was able to fix the issue right away, some othere companies were trying to schedule an appointment between 24 to 48 hours.

The representative was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to me what furnace should be doing and what will be the next steps.

The technician actually arrived three hours early, which was a pleasant surprise. He was thorough and took the time to walk me through each step of what he was doing, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the system and his observations. He also provided a helpful overview of the history of my HVAC unit, which I really appreciated.
