Called and was told they had one in stock of the part I needed. As they were very close told them to hold it aside I would be there in fifteen minutes. When I got there it was not there - offered to bring it in tomorrow - no thanks - I needed it TODAY.

Trying to get a response from this company is next to impossible. Ordered a bathroom vanity on July 26th, still not in and can not get an answer as to when it will arrive. Will never use this company again.

You would think when spending over $20k that you might get some semblance of service. This has been a terrible experience and every passing day that they don't help us we feel more and more like we are getting taken for suckers. I would highly recommend staying away from this company, they don't care about you once they have your money.

Cheryl has been very helpful in working through the design and selection process of fixtures and accessories for our bathroom (shower and vanity). She has been thorough in working with specs and matching fixtures. Her experience and expertise has been instrumental in the final selection to complete the renovation.

I called recently about a valve for a tub faucet that I had bought here at least 10 years before. Linda Kates very kindly said she could have Kohler send me a new one under warranty. Quite the pleasant surprise. Much easier than dealing with the box stores.

I work for a company and we have dealing with them for years. Weather it's been Lynn in the showroom or Dylan at the counter, they have been easy to deal with. Customer service is fantastic, and they are very knowledgeable. If they don't have the product in store, they will order it for you and get it as soon as possible. Their prices are hard to beat. I really enjoy going there, and would recommend them to everyone.

Brendan came out to troubleshoot my A/C unit. He arrived on time in this heatwave and his attitude was very positive and friendly. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He had a smile on his face the entire time when discussing my unit. Brendan represented Honest Abe in such a wonderful way that it also made me subscribe to their monthly service contract. Needless to say my unit is back up and running. Thanks again Brendan!!

Sol was great. He got the work done quickly, was very professional, and had a great sense of humor.

So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company (leaking shower fixture + hot water heater install). Prices seem to be below average for Baltimore and quality of work has always been great. That leads to a small problem - they are usually booked up for several days in advance.
