We went with Cornett per the recommendation of a Neighbor and that they represent Bosch products. From the estimate to ensuring that everything was working as advertised, every employee we worked with was a true professional. Questions were answered promptly and issues were dealt with within 24 hours (only minor issues). I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Our furnace recently stopped working. We had three companies come to look at it, and only the Cornett tech accurately isolated the problem. The other two techs missed an important safety switch that had blown, and therefore inaccurately attributed the problem to another source.

Ultimately, we decided to replace our system. The Cornett quote was the most reasonably priced and, based on the repair situation, I felt more confident with their work.

Our new unit was installed by Chip, Steve and Tyler (I hope I got that right.) They were personable, professional, and made sure that we thoroughly understood our new system and new thermostat before they left the house.

The technicians got my 1970s Westinghouse furnace working again and I couldn't be happier. Michael also showed me where the pilot light was and how to light it and where the filter is (I just bought the home). Really appreciate how pleasant and helpful they were!
