I really enjoyed my experience using MFZ air conditioning services. I called them during the heat wave and they came outs the following day. Mark the technician was very friendly and professional, took the time to explain things to me and even gave me pointers on how to save energy. On top of that, their price was very reasonable compared to other air conditioning companies I called. I highly recommend this company.

In a very professional & patient manner Mark Ziemski of MFZ evaluated the request explaining in detail what he had to do and address all of the issues….. in a very timely manner!!!

Furnace was almost 18 years old last winter when Mark came out on a Service call. When the first cold snap hit this year, no heat turned on and we called MFZ again. Mark was able to come out the same day on a Friday afternoon but the furnace was gone. He called me back a few hours later with options for a new furnace and answered all my questions and concerns. That Monday morning, MFZ arrived to install the new furnace and everything was completed just as promised. Very happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

My family's air conditioner broke during a heatwave. We needed one replaced immediately and MFZ gave us the best price and the best service compared to the other companies we had giving us estimates. Mark was an extremely kind and honest guy. He got everything done very quickly and efficiently. He replaced our entire air conditioning system and it works great. I cant reccomend this company more. Mark installed a new heat pump and 3 head units in my 100 year old house in a historic district.

I have a sometimes obnoxious attention to detail. He put a lot of thought into the design aesthetically and functionally. His quote was more than fair. He was very patient with all my questions and working with him and his family/crew was an absolute pleasure. I am so happy with my decision to work with him and his company.

I am extremely happy with the work that Mark did for me. He arrived early to the job, explained everything that had to be done to my main sewer line. He worked hard and had the job finished in no time. He cleaned his work area and honestly, it looked better when he left than it did when he arrived . I would highly recommend this company.

The definition of a community business you want to support. Our compressor died over a weekend in July. Mark and MFZ had us back in A/C Monday morning. They were VERY fair in their pricing and knowledgeable not just in HVAC, but warranty issues as well. You honestly feel that their customers matter to them more than their profits. I cannot recommend them enough.

Mark answered the phone, heard the issue and worked us in right away. June is a very busy time for hvac companies and for him to fit us in was amazing. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. He then gave us some tips on how to cool our house more efficiently. Overall this was the best experience. Highly recommended MFZ for all your AC, heating & plumbing needs.

I can’t thank MFZ Services enough!!! In November I had to replace my furnace. I called Mark and he came out on a Sunday. This is a family owned business, very professional, honest and affordable. Mark and his father explained everything to me from start to finish in terms that I could understand. They made sure they went above and beyond cleaning up and hauling everything from the old furnace and taking it with them. They even helped my son with getting his dirtbike started when they were there. I would highly recommend MFZ Services for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

In April 2025, I reached out to Mark regarding some issue with my aging HVAC system (fan not running). Mark responded timely, and came out to check out the unit within days.

Upon arrival, Mark was able to immediately diagnose the problem. There was no upsell from Mark, however due to the age of my HVAC (heatpump) I had unit replacement in mind and also asked for quote.

Mark got back to me with a reasonable quote as discussed with the repair and replacement option, and I went with replacing my HVAC (air handler/condenser). I proceeded with replacement option. Mark showed up timely on the installation week, and was able to put the new system in few days as scheduled. In addition, Mark was able to do some additional work with ducting and exhaust work in the bathroom to further improve the creature comfort with the new HVAC system.

Overall Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and did excellent communication throughout the project. This is a small, local family owned business which is another benefit. I look forward to have Mark for my future HVAC and plumbing needs in the future!

Mark is absolutely wonderful. He is honest and you can just tell by speaking with him that he has integrity. He is a hard worker. He came out to clean our system and quoted us a more than fair price. I have called MFZ several times in the past and have never been disappointed. Their service is prompt in emergencies and accommodating for scheduled appointments. I called MFZ when my elderly parents' AC unit stopped working and Mark's level of professionalism and caring during just the consultation blew me way. He came out quickly and was genuinely concerned about their well-being during the heat. He went above and beyond to provide a temporary fix, at no cost to them! He diagnosed the problem and gave options for repair and replacement without any pressure or attempts to "upsell" them on something they didn't want or need. His pricing was better than good. He explained the pros and cons of each option then came to do the work quickly and efficiently. Mark is polite, kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and he met my parents where they were, on their level. He understood my dad's generation prefers to write checks and accepted that, even though it wasn't the quickest or easiest payment method for him or the business. He knew without us even having to ask that my dad needed a simple thermostat that wasn't technology based or overly complicated to use. Mark selected the perfect unit for my dad (who is in his 80s). It's easy to use and easy to read with large buttons and numbers. Mark and his assistant installed a new AC unit and heat pump for us and it works great. It's so much better than the old unit was, even at its peak. They were efficient, courteous and left a clean space when they were done. I can't say enough good things about Mark and MFZ Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating. Mark could (and should) teach a master class on how to be a professional, honest, and caring service provider. On or about 5.13.24 I made contact with Marc, owner of MFZ Air Conditioning in reference to installing a new HVAC System in my home. Within a day Marc arrived at my house **on time** and provided all the needed information for my decision. In fact, Marc advised that only one portion of my HVAC needed to be replaced. What contractor tells you how to save money on the new equipment? The honesty of this guy! Within hours of the in-home consultation Marc provided me with three options for a new HVAC system. Considering Marc's no pressure approach, honesty, knowledge, training and experience in the HVAC business I choose him to remove and replace my HVAC system. As promised Marc and his father arrived at my house on time and ready to work. It should be noted that Marc's father has 55 years of experience in the HVAC business. Within two days the entire HVAC switch out was completed to perfection. Since the May 2024 HVAC switch out Marc has performed numerous plumbing repairs at my home as well as the homes of friends and family. If you are looking for an honest and truly knowledgeable local family owned HVAC contractor, you must call MFZ and speak to Marc.

Mark is amazing! We had him install a humidifier for our house and he recommended exactly what we needed. Other quotes we had were having us spend more money on equipment that was both overkill and more expensive for our needs.

We definitely appreciate Mark's transparency, professionalism and integrity. So much so that he is now our go-to guy for any HVAC or plumbing needs. HIGHLY recommend MFZ!
