Our family is so happy to have been referred to Mark at MFZ. He came to our house within an HOUR on a Saturday to fix our furnace. He also came out to do a plumbing job & even fixed a light/hung another light for me & my mom in the same visit. Super great person & service that we highly recommend. 😊

We have been using Mark and MFZ anytime we have an HVAC issue for over 7 years. He has always been prompt to answer our calls and schedule an appointment. He is extremely professional and always does a thorough job when working on our system. Recently we called because we were having issues with our 17 year old heat pump and Mark came out (on a Sunday) and determined that a part had failed and would need replacement. However, I asked for a fair analysis of the repair cost versus a complete system replacement. Mark gave me a repair estimate and multiple choices on new system options at different price points to suit our needs. We asked numerous questions and Mark answered every one of them with a detailed explanation. Ultimately, we chose our new system and Mark had it installed by the Following Saturday! Talk about timing. The install went smooth and Marks attention to detail on his wiring and sheet metal work are amazing. There isn’t anything that I can pick apart about the entire process. As always, MFZ delivered everything that was expected.

Great folks to work with. They came in to do the first maintenance, and thankfully everything looked good. My dog loves them.

Cornett has always been attentive for my maintenance services. I did have a fairly complex ductless HVAC system installed and Cornett has been always ready to service as needed. I highly recommend.because of their attention and care to support the work they have installed.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Cornett Heating & Cooling!  I was dealing with an emergency water situation with my Bosch unit which was unfortunately caused by a completely different company.   It was causing excessive condensation on my duct work to cause water damage on my dry wall and possible mold damage.  I had only learned of the issue mid-day Friday and needless to say was freaking out as no one wants further water damage in their house. I called Cornett and the stars aligned to where they were able to fit me in near the end of the day as their technician Zach was already in Annapolis.

Zach was amazing as I explained the situation to him and he took the time to truly listen to me and then look into everything to diagnose the issue.  With all the humidity going on, it's easy for someone to say your ducts need to be insulated and it's normal.

Zach, however, was so thorough and assessed everything.  He's so knowledgeable on Bosch and knows the system!  He took his time explaining what he found and was able to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue to where my unit is no longer causing the excessive condensation.  I'm so grateful to him and the staff at Cornett for the excellent customer service!  They truly care and they have a customer for life!  Thanks so much for everything!  I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic job by Cornett HVAC (and specifically both Willy & Anthony). They installed a new hot water heater with a drip pan underneath. They also, found a few other problems during the installation and fixed them on the fly (by adding an expansion tank & new quarter turn valve). Overall, a great experience & I wouldn't trust anyone besides Cornett HVAC to do this work. They're the best in the state of MD.

We had two service calls with them and both went well. They fixed an exterior problem and then came back several days later to fix an interior problem that had been discovered after the pressure was back up and the exterior problem was gone. We had to wait several days for a part, so the office loaned us window AC units, which was a game changer. The guys were courteous and respectful in general- and wore shoe covers in the house too, which I always appreciate:

Couldn’t recommend Cornett more! They saved us when another business gave us an outrageous quote for a coil replacement. Zach, Julie and the whole team were so friendly, efficient and had our system repaired within a couple days of first calling them. They are truly the best.

We had a great experience with Cornett Heating & Cooling. We had our outdoor A/C replaced as well as our furnace replaced. Both were still functioning but definitely on their last legs, so we decided to tackle this project before the summer really hit. Zach was very kind and respectful when entering our home to go over our project needs and estimates. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions as we went through our old equipment. We decided to go with a Bosch system for our A/C and furnace. The team that came out to do the replacement project were great. They introduced themselves right away and explained how the day was going to go from start to finish. Ryan was the lead on the project and did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the day. We are now about 5 days in with having our new Bosch system and are so happy with it! We knew our old system was working hard to keep up with our thermostat setting, but wow what a difference this new system makes! Can’t wait to see how well it saves us in the long run. Our AC died on a Saturday, within 3 hours of our service call the technician arrived. He was courteous, knowledgeable and had our unit up and running in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cornett for your next Heating and Cooling service.
