We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system. Thanks to all the technicians who worked on the unit and the office staff who took my calls and scheduled the service.

I just had my heat pump repaired. Universal was fantastic! My tech, Arlene, was friendly, efficient and talented. She went above and beyond to make sure the system was in good working order for the summer. Office manager, Lisa, was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them!!

Every time I call JP n Joe come as soon as possible. They have done great work and they never leave a mess. They are more than my HVAC team they are my friends.

My air conditioning stopped cooling. I called Joe and he and his son, Joe Jr, came out within hours to check out my problem. They could hear that there was a problem with the capacitor as soon as they arrived by just listening to the outside unit! They got to work. 5 minutes later, I was back in cool air. I couldn’t be happier.

Joe is a lifesaver! My AC cut out on me in the middle of the night (friday night). Joe was onsite at 830 this morning (Saturday) and had it fixed by 9. Thank you so much!

Lifesavers! My AC died during 100-degree weather and MFZ had it fixed the next day. As a woman, I'm always nervous to call service bc I'm sure to be ripped off. So not the case here. Everything was explained up front and my google "research" showed the pricing was fair and accurate. I hope I never see them again, but if I need them, I know they'll be there.

I was very upset when Mfz wasted my time and came out to give me a quote on a simple eclectic panel install, and after a week of trying to get an answer out of them they just declined the work all together. If you’re too busy to do the work don’t bother scheduling the quote. Completely unacceptable. And here I thought I found a good company to work with for all my projects.
