Once again Complete Chimneys came through for us!!!. After the great install of our fireplace, we had a little problem with the remote control. Tech John (Super knowledgeable) quickly discovered the problem and made the repair. John then proceeded to clean our unit which I didn't expect. Great Company and Michael in the sale department will ALWAYS make sure you are kept up dated and will never leave you hanging with any problem. My son has also used Complete Chimneys to service both of his gas fireplaces, making them look and work like new. I know I will have no concerns when I need service in the future!!!!!

Joey and his crew were responsive, helpful and professional. They replaced the 2 dampers in our old home. They also recoated our smoke chambers. The masonry work was excellent. They were great communicators and they took great pride in their work.

Very happy with the work done. Rodrigo and Armando went above and beyond installing new chimney liner and stones. They even touched up some of the old masonry areas and ensured our stove was in proper working order. They left with the area looking better and cleaner than when they arrived. Really great work.

Also, Joe worked with us throughout the process before installation to address any issues and gave us a very fair price. Would use them again.

Very glad that I got a second opinion! My (ancient) gas fireplace stopped working and the first vendor that I contacted determined that I would need to replace multiple parts, if not the whole unit. A Complete Chimneys technician was able to fully repair my fireplace without replacing any parts--and for a tenth of the price! Complete Chimneys has installed two gas fireplaces for us providing exceptional value, customer service, and professionalism throughout. From the Showroom Manager, Michael Galvin, to their Lead Technician John Golden, and their excellent crews, Complete Chimneys has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to service after the sale. One of their installations was the replacement of a builder's grade fireplace that put out no heat. Michael and John worked with us to identify the best option that would fit in the existing chase and provide the warmth we desired. They were able to remove the existing mantle and granite surround/hearth and reinstall them, minimizing disturbance to the walls/floors and associated costs. The other installation was a wall hung gas fireplace for our finished basement that minimized the incursion into the space that would have otherwise been required had they built out a hearth with a standard unit. Although they had never worked with this type of unit before, they provided a beautiful installation. When we encountered some operating issues with the unit, Complete Chimneys followed up diligently, consulting the manufactures tech support to troubleshoot the issues. Despite some contradictory guidance from the manufacturer, Michael and John persevered on our behalf to insure our unit would operate safely and properly. We couldn't have asked for better support from their team. I highly recommend Complete Chimneys for your fireplace needs.

Complete Chimneys just completed an installation of 2 Gas Fireplaces, one was a wood burning fireplace conversion and the other was a gas fireplace new buildout. Their team, led by John were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The fireplaces came in on time and spot on for the prices estimate. The Complete Chimney team always communicated with us the progress and any questions we had for them. They took great care of the flooring and surrounding furniture, leaving no indication work had been done. They even handled our two dogs as if they were their own! The team gave us a training session on how to use the fireplaces and the installation is indistinguishable from original builder construction! Note, Complete Chimney did not install the gas lines, that was handled by a third party.

Complete Chimney did an awesome job from start to finish. They helped us put in a gas insert and did a beautiful job. They were very professional and clean. We got multiple quotes and they gave us the best offer. John the technician as well as his team We’re fast and efficient. We also had to reschedule multiple times because of various reasons and they were very flexible with us.

Complete Chimneys has been excellent to work with. I purchased a Ruby 30 inch gas fireplace unit about two years and the installation was seamless. Michael Galvin assisted in determining which Ruby unit would work best and was always very responsive and professional; and I also visited the showroom in person and again the staff was quite helpful. I also have called Michael from time to time with a few questions and again the response was always very fast and specific. I highly recommend Complete for your fireplace needs!

Very satisfied with all of the services I received from Complete Chimney from my first phone call inquiring about a sales call to installation day. Joe and his team were very professional and informative about what would be comparable to what we had already and how the new equipment would work. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly anytime they called and the install team was also very friendly and kept a clean work area. The Diagnostic and full-service are the services that were performed on my Heat-N-Glo propane fireplace. Hadn't been done in over 10 years and well-needed.

Have used them anytime have had issues with my A/C and Heating issues, Anytime I need anything done they are the first I call.

I had a problem with my furnace pilot igniting but then the unit was immediately shutting down. The unit is 19 years old. I called Alcap because they were highly recommended on the HVAC manufacturers website.

Alcap came out the same day I contacted them. Their representative was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and showed me exactly what was wrong. He did not overcharge me or try to convince me of anything that I couldn’t afford.

I will definitely call them for HVAC service in the future.
