I couldn’t be more pleased! Our old manufactured wood-burning fireplace needed to be replaced. A wood burning replacement would have been expensive and inefficient. Michael was very helpful explaining the options and guiding us toward a solution. We chose an electric insert the installed directly into our existing firebox, looks very realistic (for an electric fireplace), and provides an efficient source of heat for our basement. John did a great job with the install and demonstrating how it works. Great product! Great service!

John came to assess our gas fireplace to see what was keeping it from lighting. Not only was he professional, he was friendly too. He repaired our fireplace and made it look brand new. Highly recommend!

Our technician was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He prepped the area around the fireplace to keep it clean and got right to work. After the cleaning he shared pictures of what he saw and gave us a verbal and written assessment of the condition of our chimney. I highly recommend him and Complete Chimneys.

I had an excellent experience with the outside crew headed by George. They repaired my chimney and added a formed crown. Additionally, they put slabs of slate on the two shoulders to deflect water. The chimney looks new! The masons were pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Additionally John cleaned my heat and glo gas insert. He also replaced some stones which had fallen off my fireplace. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and very attentive to detail. I will be using your company for any and all fireplace/chimney work in the future. Excellent!!!!’

We needed a new fireplace to cover the massive base left by an old fireplace that was removed. We met with Michael and John to explore options and picked a pair of 60" electric units. They were very patient with our looking and asking many questions. John would do the install and designed the lightweight metal framing that we requested so that the fireplace would not grow taller.
He arrived with the new units and proceeded to assemble them and create the framing that would hold the units back to back and permit a flat top to be installed with matching ends. We were anxious to play with the remotes and be creative. Instant on and capable of generating heat complete with the classical crackling like a wood fireplace. We could sit in our recliners and look at pretty spectacular fires while looking over the units to see the water.
We are very pleased with the installation and my wife and I are competing with the remotes for most colorful fire. A big thanks to Michael from Complete Chimneys for his help in picking the units and to John for his design of the framing and installation.

Would definitely recommend! We were able to have an estimate scheduled quickly for what we thought would be a new chimney liner. Joe was very knowledgeable and went through our options since our flue was simply too small for the fireplace we have (1950's build). The pricing seemed reasonable and the office reached out when our insert came in early to offer an earlier install date, which was really nice! The team that came out made quick work of everything and were very considerate of our home and schedule.We're very happy with our insert and the masonry repairs to the crown!

Matt was phenomenal in assessing the situation. There was water seeping through spider cracks and other areas in the chimney above the roof line. He pointed out all of the weak spots and provided the work plan. His demeanor before, during, and after the job was friendly, transparent, and simply awesome. The estimate provided was very fair and we didn't hesitate to go with him. The brick work was methodical. Rene and Santiago were like surgeons. The finished product was fantastic as you can see. Everything from the dismantling to the rebuilding was well done. They were even able to find matching brick for a 31 year old chimney. Eric was also on site for the work and was extremely helpful. Mick, who was there on the first day, was also helpful in answering questions. The amount of attention given from this team was very comforting.

I made an appointment for my 90 yr old mother in law and they were there when they said and took care of the problem. I was worried that other companies would take advantage of her but they were honest and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Joe and Tony provided excellent service. Joe took the time to thoroughly examine and explain what the best options were to get our fireplace and chimney in safe working order. Professional and personable advice and guidance. As first time fireplace homeowners, we really appreciated being giving options and the honesty from Joe.

I've hired other companies for routine maintenance and cleaning for our fireplace, but John is a tier above. He doesn't just scrape off the surface buildup and call it a day, he does a whole deep inspection, cleaning, and even replacing worn out materials. I wish I had a "before" photo to show, but our insert looks and functions like it's brand new!

They charge a little more, sure, but it's absolutely worth it for the level of service you're getting. It's fire coming out of your wall, you should hire the best to keep it safe. These guys are the best!

We recently had Complete Chimneys out to do an estimate on converting our gas log fireplace to a wood stove insert. Our chimney also requires significant repair. Joey and Tony were wonderful - kind, friendly, and thoughtful. Joey explained the necessary work in a very accessible way and helped me understand the initial investment, the ongoing maintenance, and the possible increase in our home’s value once the work is done. I would highly recommend at least having a conversation with them if you need chimney or fireplace work!!

After extensive research and contacting seven different companies in the area, I feel that Joe from Complete answered all my questions professionally and honestly. The recommendation provided was excellent, and the quote was delivered very promptly. Moreover, the value for the work performed was the best among all companies I contacted. They offered much more for the right price.

The Osburn 3500 wood stove insert I purchased is perfect for heating my 1200 sq ft basement as planned, and as a bonus, I discovered it also maintains my first floor at a comfortable 70°F. This was unexpected, but the unit is extremely efficient.

I was previously paying around $1,000 monthly in electricity to heat my entire home during the unusually cold winter we experienced. Since installing the wood stove, my bill has dropped to approximately $300. Incredible!

Please note that I don't have access to gas; my home runs entirely on electricity, and the cost of purchasing wood may vary.

Lastly, Rodrigo was the person who helped with the installation and was very professional in his work. He took the time to explain how the unit operates. However, I recommend everyone watch several YouTube videos because knowing how to use it is one thing, but learning to maximize its efficiency is another.

I'm so pleased with the service that if anyone has questions about my purchase process, I'm willing to answer them if Google notifies me.
