Reviews of local pros in Phoenix, Maryland

Charlie does great work. He cleaned a couch for us and everything went about as he said it would. Great communication and prompt. Definitely a resource to keep in the contacts.

My sofa looks new again! Charlie did a fantastic job!

We had a great experience with Imperial Carpet...Very efficient and explained everything he was doing....Will use again.!!!!

We have used Imperial for many years and love the service and attention to detail! Charles has been great to work with and trust him in our home!

Used Imperial to assist with cleaning up some seats for an antique car. Excellent service and professionalism - pricing was very reasonable as well. Will use them again when the need arises!

I have used Imperial Carpet Cleaning for my real estate business for over 20+ years and have never been disappointed. My clients all have nothing but good things to say about the quality of workmanship.

Charlie owns the business and does a great job. He comes out himself, gives a solid estimate and does the job himself. Highly recommended, and it’s always better to support local business. Call him!

Is very unlike business found today to offer value in what product, services and old-fashion practice building their client base. Imperial is like a hand shake structured on referral. Thanks Charlie for the focus centered on sound consumer relations. Erick

Over the years I have struggled to find a cleaner I am happy with. I have now used Imperial for 2 years at Christmas. He is on time, professional and cleans my dog and cat abused sofas so that they look and smell like new. I will not use any other cleaner and am glad I "found" him.

Charlie was a total professional cleaning a set of steps that my cat had used as a litter box too frequently. He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him.

I have been a client of Imperial Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for years. Timely and very professional. Really brought my carpet back to life! Could not recommend more.

My furniture looks amazing! They were on time, courteous, and professional. We will definitely be using them every year to make our couches look brand new.

Charlie is the most thorough at cleaning our carpets. He can get our cat stains out, takes his time, and always leaves us with the driest carpets.

Charlie and team are the best! Responsive, friendly and best of all do a fabulous job cleaning our carpet and upholstery. I highly recommend them.

My dog made a mess on my white carpet and he came out same day and cleaned it and it looks brand new! Highly recommend. Very professional and thorough. Worth every penny!

I call Charlie a "miracle worker". He can get out any stain I have ever presented him with. He has gotten out so much dirt from old sofas, chairs and cushions! He is so easy to
Work with and very reliable! Highly recommend him!

Charlie is incredible- he can get any stain out of a rug! And he works and works at it! Sometimes I swear he has a magic wand- lol:)
His work is EXCELLENT and he comes quickly with pet stains! He will bend over backwards for a customer. Very thorough and yet reasonable priced.

I am very impressed with Imperial Carpet. Charlie cleaned my sofa, chair and rug. I was really thinking of replacing my sofa and chair but after the cleaning they both look brand new. I will continue to use Imperial carpet for all my upholstery and rug cleaning needs.

Imperial Carpet cleaning is amazing. Did a fantastic job cleaning two carpeted rooms. Super professional, explained the chemicals he was using and why, didn't try to sell nonsense coatings that don't work etc like many other companies. His pricing was fair, he was incredibly neat and professional, was fine with our young son asking lots of questions and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Other companies talk a big game and offer insane specials that never turn out to be legit. This guy is the real deal who does what he says, charges exactly what he says he will and not a penny more while still going above and beyond. 10 stars out of 5.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaner we have ever used! Great communication, on time, and carpet looks amazing. Gave great advice on future care and will never use anyone else to clean our carpet!

We have our living room furniture cleaned every year (since 2016) just before the holiday season. Our upholstery looks and smells like new. Owner and his assistant are professional, on time, and courteous. We will call them again!
