Reviews of local pros in Phoenix, Maryland

Imperial has been cleaning and also installing carpet in my home for the
last 15 years. They do an amazing job. I have also referred them to a number of people in my subdivision who just love their service and quality. Highly recommend them.

Charlie and his install team are super! Excellent skills and good people. Charlie has cleaned carpets and installed carpets for my family for many, many years. Highly recommend. No reason to hesitate.

We've been dealing with Imperial Carpet since they began 35(?) years ago. The only person who can get out all stains and leave your carpets almost dry. Charlie sees stains as a challenge. It may take a few tries but he gets it done and doesn't saturate the rugs so it takes days to dry. BTW Charlie, you got out that stain (cat throw-up) you've been fighting for the past three years. Carpet looks new!

CHARLIE HARRISON has always done a great job cleaning both carpets and upholstery here at the house! In fact, so good, he even comes to Ocean City to clean our condo carpets!! We recommend him highly. Very dependable and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend this company. Charlie Harrison, the owner, was everything I look for in a service provider. On time, prepared, focused, friendly, knowledgeable, neat. He did an excellent job making my 15 year old microfiber sofa look like new. And he gave me a gift, a bottle of the spot remover he recommends. No reservations about recommending Charlie and his business.

A few weeks ago we were considering replacing our 10+ year old sectional. We decided to try and get it cleaned professionally, for the first time and thanks to Imperial Carpet that was the best decision. The furniture looks amazing! Thanks for bringing the sectional back to its original appearance! Highly recommend using Imperial Carpet!

We hire Imperial Carpet every year to clean our steps and the other most traveled areas and rooms that need cleaning. Our steps are a light beige color and get very dirty. Imperial does a fantastic job cleaning our carpet but truly differentiates itself as exceptional by how clean the steps look after they have been washed. In addition, the price is reasonable, especially taking into account the value of the service

Had my entire carpets cleaned, 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs, living room, dining room, family room, sofa, love seat & 16 chair seats. Everything came out spotless & looked brand new. Charlie is very professional & friendly. Had other companies do similar work and they don't compare. Highly recommend this company.

Imperial Carpet and Charlie Harrison are the Best Carpet Cleaners I have ever used.
Charlie was able to get the Spots and Stains that were in my carpet for years out. Always a professional and thorough job. I recommend him to all my friends.

Charlie did an amazing job with my basement carpet. Very Professional. Removed all the stains and made it look brand new! Even worked extra hard to remove carpet tape that wouldn't come off! Highly recommend them and will keep using in the future!

Imperial Carpets and Charlie Harrison are the BEST! There have been times when he has saved us in an emergency ie: flooded basement and we had to leave to catch a flight. Told him how to get into the house, he went in took care of the flooded carpets, locked up and all was well. He has been cleaning our carpets, rugs and furniture for the past 13 years and does an exceptional job. I would trust Charlie with my life so I certainly trust him with my carpet cleaning needs.

I was not pleased with the last company that cleaned my sofa about a year ago. They left streaks on my sofa and the welting around the seat cushions were visibly dirty. I went online and found Charlie's company Imperial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company. After reading a lot of other companies reviews, Charlie's reviews stood out. I gave him a call and he was personable, knowledgeable, and I could tell from talking to him he took pride in doing an outstanding job.He explained to me that the type of fabric (Sunbrella) my couch was covered in was one that was often uses in outdoor furniture and that in his opinion cleaning it the results was not always as .
favorable as he would like because of the dirt and soil from outdoor furniture, but that he would do his best and because my sofa was indoors the cleaning should be optimal. I appreciated Charlie's honesty and moved forward.
My couch and chairs look brand new ! Thank you Charlie!

I have been using Charlie and Imperial Carpet cleaner to clean our carpets for many years. He does an amazing job with the cleaning. Always professional and on time. I have even given him the key to our home so he could clean the carpets while we are away and then they would be dry by the time we got back. Look no farther. This is who you want to clean your carpets!

Imperial is amazing and Charlie is a miracle worker!!! He is very responsive and has performed magic to get some of the craziest stains out of my carpet and upholstery. Very thorough and professional - I highly recommend him. I use him on a very regular basis to maintain my rugs and for the inevitable emergencies that crop up with kids and dogs!!

Charlie cleaned a 16 year microfiber couch and our 1.5 year old sectional. The quality of work, cleanliness, and professionalism was as good as it gets. He also provided a liquid stain remover for free that he has manufactured. My wife dropped a paint brush down from our loft leaving white paint on the carpet in three areas. The stain remover pulled it out immediately, it was incredible. Go with Imperial, you will be overly satisfied!

Charlie cleaned several pieces of furniture, a stair runner and wall to wall carpet in a bedroom and we could not be happier with the results. The process was quick and simple and it all looks like new! We were so impressed! He is very professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!

First time using Imperial and will definitely use again and refer my family and friends. I highly recommend Charlie and his company. Charlie did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our carpets. They look brand new!

Imperial Carpet Cleaning was far and above the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Charlie arrived exactly when we scheduled the appointment, and from that point on, he provided excellent service in every way! Our family room furniture looked brand new when he was done, and our carpet in the bedroom came back to life! All the pet stains and dirt were gone, and it made everything in the room look so much better.
We are already scoping our next cleaning project, and we will call Charlie without hesitation!

I can't say enough about how happy we are with how clean Charlie got our carpets. His attention to detail and the extra scrubbing he did on the stairs and some of the tougher spots was amazing. We recently moved into our home and had no idea that our upstairs carpet had a slight pattern to it until Charlie cleaned it. Very professional and on time. We will definitely be calling Charlie again when it is time to clean the carpets again.

I had a very positive experience with Imperial Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and would highly recommend this company. Charlie Harrison, the owner and an expert in this field, did a superb job of making my extremely soiled cream carpet look new again! Wow! I was so impressed! THANK YOU!!!!

Imperial Carpet Cleaning & Charlie Harrison are AAA+++. Quick callback for quote, fair price, arrived on time, and did a great job. Honest guy when I asked for Scotchguard and he explained why I didn't need it. I will DEFINITELY use his services again when I need them! ALSO, he uses a customized portable machine instead of a truck mounted system which is perfect for anyone living in a multistory condo building. A shorter hose to the unit guarantees a strong suction working on your carpet!!! Thank You Again Charlie!
