Reviews of local pros in Phoenix, Maryland

I can't say enough about Imperial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Charlie , the owner is a miracle worker. He cleaned my couch and it looks amazing. I couldn't t believe the difference. I have recommended him to so many people and everyone raves about his work. He's the best around!

Lerch was easy to work with. From the beginning, they came out and surveyed our property. The quote they sent was easy to read and understand and the work completed matched what was on the quote. Our yard and property looks beautiful with the mulch and clean up. 5 out of 5 on work, cost, and communication!

They did what they said they would do!

Excellent professional experience with the Lerch Brothers

The Best! Professional, reliable, knowledgeable! We've been using them for 10 years+!

The entire process was started and completed within several days. The workers were polite, efficient and left my property cleaner than when they first started. All I can say is that I'm extremely happy with my decision to use this company and gave them permission to use me as a personal reference.

Lerch Brothers installed a paver patio and walkway as well as performed a landscape design that was both beautiful and solved a water drainage problem that we had. Brett designed a plan after listening to our desires. He did a wonderful job of choosing the plants and their arrangement. He wanted us to be happy with the results. The groups of workers that came to work on each part of the project were efficient and hard working. It was a pleasure to work with Brett and we want to thank you for a backyard design we will enjoy for years to come!

We recently had Lerch Brothers tackle three jobs - replace a front porch and landscape around it; rebuild and enlarge our back patio, adding a sitting wall and a new walkway, along with new landscaping; and take out two small ponds and completely redo the landscaping in a central area of the yard. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. Each person in their team was very professional and skilled, and also listened to and incorporated any feedback we had during the process. We now have three beautiful areas around the house and yard. We would hire them again for any future work, and highly recommend their services.

Our experience in working with Maxi and Lerch was very positive. She helped suggest plants to use, shape, and placement based on having a variety of interest and color through all seasons. Follow up was great and we have since added additional projects, and expect to continue to do so. Before choosing who to work with, we invited three landscape companies to provide suggestions and pricing, Lerch stood out as the best. Very pleased with Maxi and the results of our landscaping projects from Lerch.

Great quality service and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We had are garden landscaped today. Weeded, grasses trimmed, dirt added and mulched. Very hard workers, very professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent work, great communication!!

I’m very pleased with the spring cleanup done at our house. The guys worked hard and did an excellent job, they did not cut any corners. The price was very reasonable and Dodge has been very communicative the whole way. Happy customer

Get out of Dodge Landscaping has been performing snow removal, grass mowing, and landscaping work for our HOA community of 28 town homes and we are incredibly happy with the service. Communication from Dodge is always strong, especially during snowstorms when quick decisions on services are needed. Dodge goes above and beyond to communicate with our HOA and has worked with us to only perform snow removal services that are needed. This has helped our HOA save our limited budget compared to our previous landscaping company that felt like they bankrupted us each Winter. I highly recommend Get out of Dodge Landscaping to anyone looking for a quality landscaper they can trust.

Great crew! Worked really hard, we’re reasonable, and timely. Highly recommend.

As usual, Get Out of Dodge did an amazing job with our landscaping this spring. They replaced shrubs that had died and went above and beyond to make everything look nice.

The communication was great and the cost was reasonable. I explained to the crew what I wanted them to do and I received that and so much more. The flower beds and gardens look great. Give them a call. You won't be dissapointed!!

Outstanding. Our yard has never looked so wonderful.

Very responsive! Reasonable! Good job! Would definitely use them again!

Phenomenal work. Able to come out same-day and was very accommodating to my needs/schedule. Thank you!!
