Good Earth Garden Market is a wonderful neighborhood garden store!

They have a pretty good selection of indoor and outdoor plants for being a smaller sized shop. And everything is super healthy!

They also have a membership plan in where you can get discounts and such which is always an added bonus!

The employees are wonderful. Super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful selection but unfortunately they do not honor the “guarantee” they advertise for pricey shrubs. I suggest going elsewhere.

First of all, they have a very kind staff who would help you with selecting a custom landscape for your property. We purchased several of their plants in on September 29, 2022 at a 25% discount. They controlled the scheduling of the installation which ended up to be early December. The following year in May, it appeared that two of 11 plants died. At the time of the purchase, we were informed that the plants had a three year warranty at the time. When we returned for a warranty claim in May, we were instructed to speak with David who is the co-owner. To our surprise, he express that the warranty does not apply to any discounted plants. He stated that I should check my receipt and more specifically the website (on warranties for plants discounted at 25%). I checked my receipt and it stated '25%-50% SALES ITEMS VARY...SEE WEBSITE'. On their website it stated 'Sale Plant Guarantee
All trees & shrubs purchased on sale are guaranteed for the remainder of the calendar year.' And being on a website that information can change from day-to-day. The receipt should clearly state the warranty for discounted plants. Since Good Earth install them for me in December, I had very little chance of claiming any warranty, if they were already dead at the time or died inside the 3 week holiday month. David offered to discount replacement plants at a 25% discount and another 'end of the year warranty'. Why would I do that since the delay installation provided an unreasonable amount of time to determine if the plants were even alive during the winter. I rather they just credit me for the dead plants OR replace them at their cost. I got neither since I am outside the warranty period. Safe to say I am not a happy customer.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of beautiful well for plants and trees. Very pleasant setting. They take care of you if you are not happy with your purchase. And not nearly as expensive as everyone makes it out to be.

They have a huge variety of outdoor plants and large pots, and a surprisingly good selection of indoor tropical plants as well.

Left multiple voicemails and emails for Tim looking to start a landscaping project for our front and back yards. No responses to both mediums. Damn shame. Not a way to represent their corporate brand. Welp, moving on to a vendor interested in responding to customers. Fail.

They helped me purchase Two beautiful ferns! They were even kind enough to carry one to my car. They have the most amazing selection of plants and are always so kind to every customer. I definitely recommend going here!

This is a really nice local nursery store with many different plant selections. Their staffs are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It's always a pleasure visiting this store.

Good Earth Garden Market is an amazing operation. Their plants look very healthy and I ended up purchasing quite a bit there. They have helpful cards with information about each plant, which is nice to see when picking plants for your home. I also really appreciated how helpful and kind the workers are there too. They were very knowledgeable about their products and clearly care for nature. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Big shout out to Alyse for helping us select seeds! Her enthusiasm and genuine interest in plants was infectious. She was looking things up on her phone as we talked and sharing pictures and information, super friendly and helpful!! Thanks, Alyse! We’ll look for you the next time we’re in and share pictures of our little seedlings.

They’ve got a great collection of a variety of herbs, shrubs and plants. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable too!

I recently visited the Market for house plants. Alyse was very helpful in guiding me toward low maintenance plants. In the past 7-8 years, I have purchased all my house plants from GE. The quality is excellent. The plants do very well despite my not having a green thumb! Thank you, Alyse!

Had a great experience here. Redoing out front yard landscaping and Sergio was extremely helpful and thorough with his explanations of all the plants we were considering. He took his time to show us all our options.

This garden was great! I went and looking for perennial native flowers, and Nancy knew exactly what I needed. She was very helpful And had lots of tips and tricks for planting. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to go over each flower with me. I really enjoyed the experience at Good Earth highly recommend them! Thank you, Nancy!

An amazing place to get your garden plants and more. Every time I come here, it is beautifully decorated by season. You can find anything from plants to trees here. The store even has a section where you can get small gifts. The prices are ok for Potomac, MD. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. They have a bouncing house for the kids to play in while you shop. Definitely worth stopping by!

I had an outstanding experience today with "Super" associate, Elyse Whelan!
Not only is Elyse very knowledgeable about each of the plants on site, she is also very creative with suggestions for seasonal arrangements, plants' placement and care.
She exudes genuine enthusiasm and has a "contagious" excitement about her work!
I will return to the Good Earth Garden Center to work only with Elyse for my next season's collection!

I picked up a Christmas tree here today because it’s well known they have the absolute best selection for quality Xmas trees. Martin was fantastic helping select a tree, even putting on the right base, netting and loading in the car. Made everything super easy compared with big box stores. Highly recommend.

After calling around to several nurseries, only Good Earth Garden Market had the plant we wanted for our yard. Dave was extremely helpful on the phone, so we stopped shopping and drove out immediately. Their plant health and variety is excellent! We will definitely return.

Alyse, I couldn’t be happier with the new pots and plants for my porch. They look incredible , thank you for your time helping me get the right color pots and plants. This is the second time I’ve purchased plants from y’all and both experiences were great. I actually bought two more today. Thanks

Customer service is superb. I went in looking for a snake plant, and walked out with 3 other plants. They have a descent variety of plants, and they can pot them for an extra fee. The prices are very reasonable as well. I'll be back.
