Castro lived up to all their excellent reviews. Every manager and technician they sent was professional, patient in answering all our questions, and accommodating to all our electrical needs. All the work was done well and for a much lower price than three other electrical companies I got quotes from. They follow the County Code and use well-rated recessed lights and switches. This is clearly a company that wants do well by their customers. I would hire them again without hesitation!

We had an electrical issue at 8pm -Zane drove out and fixed it by 10pm!

Update:
As of August 20, 2025 my ChargePoint level 2 device lost the ability to see WIFI. Company sent me a replacement and I contacted Castro Electrical Services on October 2, 2025 for a quote to replace my existing level 2 charger with exactly the same model. The job would require to remove the charger from the wall in my garage, reuse the same already pre drilled holes, place the new device and reconnect the wires. No need to add or run new wires or use any materials. Castro Electrical quoted this work, that should require less then one hour, $475 , more then twice than what chatGPT described the labor replacement starting price as $200. As a customer who used Castro Electrical Services twice I would expect to treat me not with a labor price more than twice that this work should even cost. I am very disappointed as I had a higher expectation based on my previous experience,

Rudy Sanches did a good job installing ChargePoint Level 2 charger in my garage on November 8, 2024. He was polite, arrived on time and performed the charger installation to my satisfaction.So far everything is working fine.

Zane and Daniel were awesome. They took their time working and explained every step and cleaned up completely when they were done.

We just hired them to do 2 sets of 6 6" lights, 2 GFCI outlets and 5 light fixtures. Daniel and his crew came out and did an awesome job. Everything was done in 2 days. They left easily patchable holes since they had to drill and cut sheetrock and the price was fair. It made s huge improvement. Daniel gave another recommendation for more lights in a dining room which we will be calling back to do at a later date. They are extremely professional and masters at their craft. Glad I found them and hired them they did a great job!.

Darwin was phenomenal. He took his time to troubleshoot, explain each step, and was very professional. You can tell he loves what he does and he’s very good at it.

Zane was a super great technician and patiently worked to fix our screaming smoke detectors. Shaheen answered my questions, listened compassionately, and was quick to set up our same day appointment. It was a bit expensive but we are very satisfied!

Bar none the worst experience I had with them. I have used Castro Electrical
for our home for over 5 years all was great until last month the electrician they sent named Carter Tayloe came and left after 2 hours with the job half finished and he was very rude . Needless to say we are finished using Castro Electrical.

From start to finish this was an amazing job. The teams were efficient, friendly, polite, and clean. We had lights and switches installed in 8 spaces- all left incredibly clean. Very happy the job done by Junior, Luigi, Alanda, and several others.
