    8 out of 10 grocery pickups have been late. Today is over 3 hours late and I have been trying to call the store for OVER AN HOUR and nobody is ANY department is answering the phone. This use to be the best Walmart in Northern Anne Arundel County, but I definitely don't see that as the case anymore. This store has gone downhill over the last year and obviously the management is absent. Very soon this store will lose my business all together. Another grocery issue lately.......... I had to cancel an order because earlier tonight the order was delayed for over 3 hours. It does say it takes 10 business days to process a refund. This particular time it took over 14 business days and I purchased two more grocery orders they took the money for before this particular time was refunded. I don't know why it would take so long just to release held funds. Just another example of how TERRIBLY POOR the service at this location has become. ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND AT LEAST TRY TO ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Unacceptable.
