The garden center is good, but I found the employees who were there not too helpful. There is a wide selection but there is improvement needed.

One of the better stories but they did not have what I wanted

8 out of 10 grocery pickups have been late. Today is over 3 hours late and I have been trying to call the store for OVER AN HOUR and nobody is ANY department is answering the phone. This use to be the best Walmart in Northern Anne Arundel County, but I definitely don't see that as the case anymore. This store has gone downhill over the last year and obviously the management is absent. Very soon this store will lose my business all together.

Another grocery issue lately..........

I had to cancel an order because earlier tonight the order was delayed for over 3 hours. It does say it takes 10 business days to process a refund. This particular time it took over 14 business days and I purchased two more grocery orders they took the money for before this particular time was refunded. I don't know why it would take so long just to release held funds. Just another example of how TERRIBLY POOR the service at this location has become.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND AT LEAST TRY TO ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Unacceptable.

I’m the owner of a tree business and John is my go to guy whenever I’m not able to grind my stumps. He’s very professional and reliable; not to mention his prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend his stump grinding services to anyone.

Last fall I cleared out trees and brush in my back yard. I found Mad Dust Stump Grinding, John was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He surveyed the area to find all the large and little stumps that needed to be ground. The team does excellent work, I've used their services twice so far and they are always courteous and reasonably priced. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Called them at 7pm on a saturday, they came out next day to grind three stumps. Professional and quick service. Cheaper than renting a stump grinder from home depot and trying to do it myself. He was here on time and done within 20 minutes. If you are contemplating renting to save money, give these guys a call first and at least compare.

John was the serviceperson who came out to grind my stumps. He was quick, clean, and done before I even knew it. He was prompt with responding to messages. He even had Miss Utility check out my yard to ensure his work would be good. He was incredibly well-priced and worth every penny.

Technician Jimmy provided good service since 2023.

We've using Springs Irrigation & Lighting LLC for our irrigation system for years after switching from another company. From office to staff to the field techs, they are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Jimmy is our regular tech. He not only opens and closes the system but examines each sprinkler head and how it is performing; adjusting as needed and/or offering advice on how the system can be improved. Jimmy's advice has improved the performance of our system, keeping our lawn looking great! He has also saved us money by making the system more efficient, reducing water waste.

The technician Jimmy & his assistant were outstanding. Had them check my irrigation system & they fixed a lawn lighting problem I had. I’m going to have them come back and move some irrigation heads in my yard to better hydrate the grass.

Jimmy recently worked on repairing and bringing back online an extensive existing sprinkler system in a newly purchased home. He not only did excellent work, but he took his time to train me in operating the system as I had never used one previously. I found Jimmy to be honest with no upsell, but doing the scope of work as quoted in an efficient manner and correctly. I would look to work with Jimmy and Springs Irrigation going forward on any future system maintenance and repairs.
